Absolutely probably one of the worst ordering experience for one little sandwich free with exchanged with Award points !!! Tge mid-age Hispanic looking female clerk by the account brsudes had no idea but tons of confusion regarding my mobile order number af all when I eben had to show her with my phone, app !!! The following was it gotta take acrually nearly over 12 mins to have that little sandwich to be ready and She threw my order onto the counter top for ready to be pickup right in my face upon

All and all it seemed the entire freebie order placement experience was telling me: Never use that sort of Mcdonald’s freebies easily regardless how easy they are for anyone to build each” award up for exchanges of free items because many franchise Mcdonald’s stores honestly never welcome any of those freebie orders AT ALL !!!

I literally watched 6 cars they had to park from drive thru get their orders and go while waiting for my online pick up order I placed at 4:29pm from parking spot 1, and they finally brought it at 4:52, right when I went in to ask what the heck, they had gone out the other door. The girl I asked was super rude and said they had been busy. But 6 cars parked and served has nothing to do with being too busy! If I hadn’t been in a hurry, I would have give them the what for! Having been an employee including as shift manager for a year, I freaking know that is completely unacceptable, and I should have gotten my money back as well as my order. And this isn’t the only time I have had issues there. I always order my double cheeseburgers with no pickle, and twice they have put it on them and twice they took the onion and pickle off. I like the onion. It doesn’t taste right without them. And if pickles are on it, its the only thing I can taste. Ugh!

This McDonald’s location consistently delivers solid service with a smile. The staff here deserves real credit for keeping things moving efficiently, even during the busiest times. Orders are taken quickly, prepared accurately, and the team behind the counter seems genuinely attentive—something that isn’t always guaranteed at fast-food restaurants. The drive-thru line moves at a decent pace, and when I’ve gone inside, the dining area has been clean and well-maintained, with tables wiped down and condiments stocked.
As for the food—it’s exactly what you expect from McDonald’s, and that’s not a bad thing. The fries are crisp and hot more often than not, and the burgers come out as advertised. The coffee and breakfast items are always dependable, especially if you’re on the go. I wouldn’t call it gourmet, but it’s classic McDonald’s comfort food done right.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is simply that it’s not aiming to be fine dining—it’s fast, familiar, and predictable. Still, this location stands out for its customer service, consistency, and clean atmosphere. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s in the area.

I ordered online for the first time and didn’t understand the way things were done and was met with attitude at the pick up window aw well as them forgetting some of my food. And then when I called to ask for a credit they didn’t really care. I’ve been coming to this McDonalds for years but through the drive through. I own my own business and I would never treat my customers like that. Even if it is something as trivial as a food order you should great your customers with some respect.

Terrible service. Ordered thru the app and wen to drive-thru. Sat in drive-thru for several minutes while I watched other cards give up and drive away. Literally no movement of any cars in 5 min.
So I went inside and told them my order number. Five different people talk about my order (one even mentions me by name). Then a woman comes over and I show her my order number. She walks over to the register and says “yeah, we don’t have that.” She pushes a button, and suddenly my app says the order has been cancelled. She cancelled my order instead of giving me my food inside.
I guess the owner didn’t need that $9 order or the weekly stop I used to make there.

Usually this is great during the week, however I find on weekends, the service isn’t as good. The management just doesnt treat customers right…had to wait 8 minutes in drive through for a customer that couldn’t pay. During the week, they would have had the customer pull around so they could take care of this. Not on the weekend.

Same old food but they should really give there employees hearing aids. The poor guy couldn’t hear my order and asked me to repeat myself some 10 times. If your in a rush you’re better off going to trader joes buying meat and tortillas to make tacos at home.

No time to even say hello or goodbye. I asked for two cheeseburgers ketchup only and when I got home it was wrong. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant but there’s no reason to move so fast that you can’t even see if you’re handing out the right orders. Have had the same issues with this McDonald’s for years now.
