DO NOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER HERE. I placed a mobile order here this evening, pulled up, and the line was wrapped around the store. I waited in line for 30 minutes! The workers had horrible attitudes and everybody in line was livid. Save yourself the hassle and just go to one of the north ones.

We went through the drive through to pick up a few orders like we’ve done fore years now, when we told them what we got at the speaker they said it was fine after we got to the window the drive through person was irritated and wasn’t perfessional at all and refused to give our last order, then he yelled at my daughter over one last order, and refused to give it to her and made us go through the drive through again, which was another thirty minutes making the orders will had picked up were cold and stale, Ive been coming here for years and picking up orders but now its a problem

This is a sturdy critique aimed towards Taco Bell’s recent switch to automation at drive throw. Their food may taste as good as ever, but it no longer carries the authenticity of human touch. This is a harsh disappointment coming from such a wealthy corporation that appears more interested in cost-cutting than providing a satisfying customer service experience and establishing a fair-pay environment. Henceforth, my loyalty as a customer no longer stands.

We got Luxe Boxes. You get a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, a Regular Taco, Cheese & Chips, and a Regular Drink, all for $5. Great food. Great price. The young woman who waited on us was bubbly and sweet.
