We have been going to Turk’s for a couple years. The food is very good. Service is as well. Our favorite meal is the fish and chips. We also love the fried zucchini. Both are served very warm and are soo good. The parking is usually easy as the area has just been renovated. Table seating can be limited during busy times but the staff is eager to help accommodate. The bar area is usually busy. Very friendly atmosphere. The restaurant borders on the harbor and is interesting to watch the various fishing and Catalina boats move through the harbor. There is a variety of shops and other restaurants available as well.

When you walk in, it’s clear that it’s a locals hang out. Music is loud, people at the bar are chatting with the staff, everyone is having a good time. Service isn’t super speedy and food isn’t gormet, but if you want decent drinks and some good fish and chips or clam chowder, this is your place! Views outside are amazing as well.

It’s an iconic place on the water in Dana Point with a super cool vibe and the walls decorated with all kinds of vintage art and pictures and goldfish tanks on the ceiling.
Food was good and the service was too even though the lone waitress (was there twice so both times) seemed a bit overwhelmed. I had the shrimp scampi special , bottle of wine, zucchini sticks and the homemade chowder which was great.
Their staple dish is Fish & Chips but it was too deep fried and breaded for my taste. The Californian Sandwich was incredible though.

We had the fish and chips. It was very good. The service was fast and the place was packed. They have a full bar and seating inside and outside for drinks. Food service for the inside. The restaurant is right by the water and the boat dock. A beautiful view!!

Me and my family loved the food and thr atmosphere. The waitress was so kind to our family and made us feel very welcomed even with our three kids. The fish and chips and thr clam chowder were delicious I definitely would come back!

Very reasonable priced, this place is not just for tourist but also for locals.
Interior has lots of characters, I don’t know American stars/ artists well so I don’t know if they are famous. Just found the posters and pictures pretty cool!
Staff are very nice and helpful. They will have a casual conversation with you at the bar.
Didn’t try the food so cannot comment on food but drinks are great!
