Waited almost 20 mins for my curbside pick to be brought out today. Once I got the food everything was cold. I had my kids in the car so I couldn’t just get out so I had to go to a stall with a voice thing. Told them the issue. Waited another 10mins for them to remake it. Just for the fries to be the same way stale and over cooked and barely warm. I asked for a manager and the girl got an attitude with like I was the problem when I have a screaming baby in the back because we’re there over 30mins. I just left because I could wait another 10mins someone to come out. Oh and I was also missing my marinara sauce that I asked for 2x.

Food is always ready when we order ahead from the app. In this instance we had placed our order to be done at a certain time as we were headed home from the airport. We pulled up to the stall, checked in and they brought it, out hot and ready for us to continue home. It’s also nice that they are prompt as my daughter was in the car and at 6 months old she doesn’t like the car being stopped for too long. We like the app because we get points and deals.

Came to Sonic at 10:15 pm waited at the drive through for 5 min no one spoke , pulled up to the window and the staff just looked no one came to window. So we pulled into a stall. I mentioned The managers name that told me to return for my free meal and the female seemed like she didn’t know what to say. She told me to hold on , so we just placed our card into the pay slot . Not sure why no one with accountability helps these kids work. I can say that each time we have came to Sonic it’s been 1000% pure horrible service.

I even tried to give to my dog and he looked at me like I was crazy. Now if a dog won’t eat it you expect a human ?? Sad

They will completely ignore you unless you’re in the drive through. Placed a mobile order for a mini shake, a water, a soda 2 burgers at 7:18 pm did not get it until 7:50. The drive thru was consistently moving.
Got to keep the metrics good for corporate or maybe they dont understand how a line works.

I used to love this place and the fun times I had there. Unfortunately I have to give what I belive to be an honest review. A store manager directly told an employee they can’t purchase food after hours because it’s quote “unhealthy to consume after 30 mins”. Now wether this is factual or not I can’t say, but I can say that if that’s the case I dont advise anyone to eat here anymore. Otherwise it’s an over reach my management to restrict employees from being able to benefit from their hard work. Bad business with bad practices. Very unprofessional no matter the case.

This is the worst sonic ive ever been to. I’ve been here multiple times, and every time, without fail, they get the order wrong. They are also SLOW. I went a few weeks ago and I was waiting for over 30 minutes to get my order taken, I never even got my order taken either, I got fed up and left. Idk if this is a leadership issue or what but its like they dont even listen to your order and just guess. I just ordered a m&m sonic blast today and asked for light m&m’s. They damn near filled the whole cup up with m&m’s and my burger I ordered didn’t even have everything on it. I’ve been here at least 10 times and every time im disappointed. I love Sonic but im at the point where im giving up on this location. It sucks. The employees here either dont care at all or are just stupid, because this is crazy.

Food would’ve been great if you would’ve put the sauces in there. I put the same sauces on every item hoping they would at least look at ONE of them. Say what you want about tipping culture. I always get my sauces when I go to an actual restaurant.

We received the wrong food after waiting for 25 minutes. The sodas were not mixed properly. Burgers were on regular bun instead of pretzel bun. No sauce on the burgers. Fries were too hard to even eat. Guess my dogs will enjoy them

i ordered 2 number 2s and a breakfast burrito. as far as i know a burrito doesn’t come on a bun, my fries were very hard and my burgers were cold and i had asked for a lot of ranch and i get 1 for 2 meals.

Went there around 8pm 1/30/26. Ordered 2 #3 burgers with tarot tots and a coney, took well over 45 minutes. We saw our food sitting on the counter while the 4 teenage boys were playing and rough housing with each other, chasing each other around the restaurant. Our food was cold.
