Used the drive-thru for double cheeseburgers from value menu…buy one get another for a dollar! Great treat for my dog when I have to work 8 hrs day. Service was fast and efficient. Stopped around 5:30 PM, no waiting.

We had to ask for someone to clean off a table so we could sit down. The food itself was good. I hadn’t been in York Pa for quite some time. They brought out order but it had another person’s order on the tray as well. He was standing by and saw what was going on and so we straightened it out. Could happen to anyone. Ice tea was weak. Coke wasn’t as good as other stores I’ve been to. Service area was well stocked. And we got a senior discount and saved $2.28. thank you for that. That was a nice surprise.

This McDonald is terrible. I placed a $60 order as we have a big family. There was no line and it was not busy at all. One of our mcchickens had a hair in it, the other one didn’t have cheese like I added, they gave us a regular quarter pounder instead of a double, left the sauces instead of a mccrispy spicy I was given a spicy mcchicken with a small fries. Last time we ordered from here (which is not often because they consistently mess up), it was a similar situation. I file a complaint and no one answers. I want a refund. Once we saw the hair, no one wanted to eat their food. We are a family of 7 and due to time constraints and the kids asking over and over again, we got McDonalds. McDonalds was my first job. There is no quality control anymore and the food is always wrong, cold, or has hair in it. Absolutely terrible. The worst in the area!! I paid $60 to throw food out!!

We visited the newly remodeled McDonald’s in Hallam/East York.
They did a great job with the new interior. They now have 2 kiosks which you can place your order. Take a number and have a seat and you get table service. That was nice.
The manager was really directing her team. And it was really nice to see. The individuals working were respectful and listening to her.
Our food was hot and fresh. And there were not mistakes with our order.
They have 2 game tables for kids where they can eat and play. Pretty awesome.

Train your employees better to make sure orders are fulfilled properly. Each time ordered through doordash, atleast 2 or more items are missing. The bags always are sealed, so we know it’s not the drivers taking the food

I ordered at the drive thru and my total was 11.20, when I got to the window they lost the order and had to redo my order. The total then was 13.20??? When I got to the second window to pick up my order it was all messed up and she thrust it at me saying “have a good day!” I had to ask for my second drink and then a straw and was given attitude in return. My fries were upside down in the bag so they went everywhere. Just a mess overall from start to finish.

The shake machine was working!! The food came out in a good amount of time. The only complaint i would have is how chilly they have it in all the mcdonalds if you are eating there.

The worst experience I ever had at a McDonalds, and the bar is low. Usually this location isn’t too bad, but today I ordered a medium combo and received a cup that was half foam. When I asked them to fill it up with soda, I was told “That’s just how it comes out,” even though I have never had that issue before. They then strained it into a small cup and handed me that. No apology, no attempt whatsoever to make it right. I’ve worked fast food and I know how stressful the drive thru can be, but that is absolutely unacceptable.

Waited 12 minutes in drive-thru to pay after ordering. Told to wait for two breakfast sandwiches, to be brought to me in parking lot. Waited for 20 minutes in lot. Went inside. The place was not busy, and counted 9 employees working. Treated rudely by staff when asking for sandwiches. Waited 7 more minutes for sandwiches. Upon opening sandwiches in car, 39 minutes after ordering two small sandwiches, the sandwiches were sloppy, as if they were little thrown together.

wrong order after wrong order. eventually its on me for going back and expecting something different. its just incredible how awful the service really is. between that and the prices are comparable to a sit down place that serves real food.. good god.. so damn bad
