“Disappointing experience with McDonald’s in Kingsville. Both locations we visited reported broken machines, making frozen drinks and frappé unavailable. It seems like a system-wide issue rather than a one-off problem. As a customer, it’s frustrating to see such consistency in poor service. Hopefully, they’ll prioritize fixing their equipment to meet customer demand. This being said we decided NOT to dine here this afternoon. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.”

I have ordered family pack they didn’t even gave me Ranch and Not even the ketchup packets when I asked them they said they have given the ketchup packets. And the food was not so good compared to others. I was very disappointed

This location has food at 5am which is more than I can say about the 77 location. But today they made me a Mcriddle out of burned chocolate chip cookies… and took 10 minutes to make a Dr. Pepper.

I was charged 26 dollars for a meal that I didn’t order ,I repeated my order to the drive thru attendant and was still charged after I was told my meal was 10.41 now I have to wait until they decide to refund me my money. Worst McDonald’s ever

It seems like an average experience at this McDonalds. The bathrooms aren’t extremely clean, but definitely cleaner than a gas station bathroom. They’ve gotten my order wrong a few times, but we’re all human! The only thing that makes me sad is that I don’t order from here that often, I usually order for my family, but I always ask for cook to order fries and never get them. I always get cold, stale, under salted ones…it makes me a little sad. The one thing I order for myself and they’re not even really that warm. I know it’s free to ask for cook to order, but I would pay another .50-$1 if they were actually cooked to order. That’s just me! But most of the people here are so kind, so I keep coming back. Good people go a long way.

The price is ridiculous.
It was clean, so there’s that.
Some of the employees seemed confused as to why we were there.
Ordered the spicy mccrispy, got a non spicy and non mccrispy…. thing.
Also ordered a mcdouble meal and got charged for each item, not a meal price.
The Sceen menu was partially broken and only displayed one price. I dont know if it was for just the sandwich or the meal. So they had a paper menu, which had no prices.
