how do i order a $5 mcchicken meal and you forget the mcchicken. thats the main part of the meal. a so called fast food restaurant that took 15 minutes to prepare my order and they still forgot. made sure i got my sauce but not my mcchicken

Worst Mc Donald’s experience ever. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal along with a cheeseburger happy meal. I got 2 cheeseburger without cheese pickles onions ketchup or mustard. 2 dry patties and bread. Fries inedible, cold and hard. And as for the cheeseburger happy meal they gave me cold chicken nuggets. Believe me my standards for mcdonalds drive thru are low but this is unacceptable. I have been robbed of $17. To top it all off at the pickup window they asked for my receipt to verify my order. This is by far the worst mcdonalds experience ever. To add to the insult the 2 diet cokes are not diet. They got nothing right at all except charging my card $17.

It’s Hialeah like any other place, sometimes it’s fast and sometimes it’s slow, sometimes the workers are nice or ok and not. The food is the same as any other McDonald’s restaurant around the states.

McDonald’s is always McDonald’s. The food was ok, but they didn’t have the golden sauce and they didn’t remove it from the screen menu, just didn’t include it on my meal. When I went to ask for it, I was informed they ran out. At some point all the attendants were inside but 1, who was talking entertaining 2 friends meanwhile the line was adding up. Cleanliness was not at its best, but it wasn’t gross neither. Out of the 3 game tablets they have, just one works fine. In general a very mediocre experience.

The drive-thru service was really good. This is the first time I saw the associate come out with my food and a basket with condiments (ketchup, Mayo, etc). There is no comments section on the app to request additional stuff, and I thought that was awesome. The little things in life. My 87 year old mom, a very happy customer.

Add around 8:45 to 9:00 a.m..
I went to this McDonald’s to ask for $3 egg McMuffins.
This was my second attempt at a different McDonald’s.
At this point in time I had the McDonald’s Customer Service representative on the line.
Got stupid ,also
At this McDonald’s I asked the girl several times to toast the bread on the egg McMuffin
with the McDonald’s customer service employee on the line.
I got to the window and I told her my bread was NOT toasted she got stupid and after I told her loL
She says no I’m giving your money back.
I kept on asking for her name she refused when she gave me a refund the item cost me $6.54 and she gave me change of $8.45 she actually stole from the Company on top of that.
I will not stop until I speak to a District Manager.
BEWARE!!!
She’s a Latin chubby girl with long hair and tattoos .
McDonald’s needs to reprimand her she has no Customer Service skills.
She belittled me and humiliated me in front of her employees
Once again, all I was asking was for a special order to toast ny bread.
If I could give the store a Negative 0 I would.
