Order was promptly served with 100% accuracy, food was hot and fresh, all this during a 5PM dinner rush. I really have stopped going to McDonalds (and fast food in general), dropping down to about 1 visit per year, but I just moved to this location, and it’s nice knowing the closest food option near me puts a lot more pride into the food and service over most fast food places. 10/10 will be returning.

The foods decent if you can get it in enough time. Consistently messed up orders, long wait times inside, rude staff. A solid reflection of how management runs this place. I ordered a simple happy meal and a burger and waited 15 minutes while they gave two of the exact same burgers to people who ordered after I did. I finally got a refund and the employee had the audacity to give me attitude like I was too impatient to wait. They make a simple job incredibly complex for no reason. I’ll go out of my way to go to the one on Fairview (3 min out of the way from 385) which has much better results.

The South St. Location always puts way too much Big Mac sauce on their Big Mac’s so this time I ordered it light on the Biig Mac sauce and they put even more on. It had to be on purpose because NO ONE would want that much on their burger, it was inedible! I’m done with this location!!

I’m not even joking with you, the food took 20 minuets to get. It wasn’t a lot of food or anything, just a quarter pounder with cheese combo. I had another experience like this too. If I can get my food from Waffle House faster y’all have a real problem. Idk what it is but aside from a few, all the fast food restaurants in the upstate are just downright awful.

Sometimes good and fast sometimes slow and crap. Unfortunately they take your money up front and hold you hostage to the food no matter how long it takes. 1 meal sometimes take 30-45 minutes not worth the dollar spent. We go to McDonald’s certainly not for the flavor but for the hope of actual “fast food” at a kind of decent price. Who ever manages or owns this one should care more for sure. Lazy and selfish.

The lady taking orders had such a nice voice I thought it was AI. The man at the window gave me extra ketchup with no problem. My Diet Coke was super crispy. Ketchup and lots of napkins neatly in the bag. My fries were HOT and salty. My cheeseburger was perfect. Nothing mushed or spilling out the sides. 10/10. 5+ stars. Give them a raise.

Horrible service and food. Waited 32 minutes for my order just for it to be wrong. Waited another 8 minutes for them to correct it. Got home and realized they didn’t put in a single sauce pack. Food was ice cold.

This McDonalds location is so much better than the other one on Fairview. Better customer service, understanding staff, and overall good environment. Just wish my coca-cola was a little more fizzy, but I’m not complaining.
