This was my first time, my husband and I did it kinda as a spur of the moment. Had no expectations. This was a really neat concept. Our waitress Raisa was seriously the highlight of our evening. She made our experience 1000x better by being just who she is.❤️ We did the 4 course and we enjoyed every course. The food honestly for us was a lot. We struggled to finish, but I will say it’s amazing how well they have it portioned out to not have waste. Definitely go with someone who you enjoy their company bc we couldn’t believe we spent 3 hours there. lol. I couldn’t imagine doing a first date here. Over all experience was great and Raisa was amazing and personable.

We had the absolute best experience tonight, and **Madi** was a huge reason why. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She explained everything perfectly, made amazing recommendations, and never once made us feel rushed — which is so important when you’re there to enjoy the full experience.
Madi anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept our table running smoothly, and brought such a calm, positive energy that made the night even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.
If you’re dining here, ask for Madi — she turned a great meal into a memorable experience. We will absolutely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

I visited this place to celebrate mother’s. I’m not familiar with the full menu, however, I found it a bit pricey for the actual amount of food for the entree. You could also visit other places and get more food for a similar experience, less expensive, and be shared with more than 3 people. I understand that they included the whole course; overall, we had a nice time, and I’m glad to that I was able to visit since I always wanted to go. Nonetheless, this would be a one time experience for me.

The Melting Pot was a top-tier experience for me. Excellent food and service. Our server, Liam, took great care and patience in explaining the menu and process to our table of first-timers.
The dining experience was elegant, and the private booths gave us the feeling of being the only folks in the restaurant, making it a personal experience.
If you haven’t dined here, I highly recommend this place for a date, birthday event, or a night out with friends.

My husband and I had dinner at The Melting Pot in Kennesaw tonight to celebrate his birthday. We had the 4 course dinner and the food was all delicious! We went with the Alpine cheese to begin and the California salads. For our entrées, he had the petite filet, teriyaki steak, and wild mushroom ravioli. I chose the petite filet, teriyaki steak, and chicken potstickers. Mushrooms, broccoli, and small potatoes accompanied our meal and all were amazing! (Try the ginger plum sauce and the green goddess sauce!) For our dessert, we went with the bananas foster and it was just divine! Our server Brad was just fantastic and truly made our experience wonderful! As newbies, he guided us with cooking times and explained everything. He was attentive, but also let us enjoy our special outing. He was also able to give us the special chocolate covered strawberries that new fondue club members receive, despite the fact that I missed the window to request them. The Melting Pot is a fabulous spot to celebrate special occasions so treat yourself! (And ask for Brad! He really was awesome!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Many corporations claim to give back, few actually follow through with their commits, that is not the case with The Melting Pot. I had such a fantastic experience at their St Jude Children’s Research Hospital fundraiser.
Thank you Jonah for taking such fantastic care of me, and it was clearly evident you were the anchor that kept the operation and evening running smoothly. Those fundraising drinks you mixed were excellent.
Special thanks to Rasa who set me up, walked me through everything and ensured that it was an excellent evening filled with joy, great food, and excellent spirits.
I took more than 1/2 the servings home, and that Chocolate Pecan dish was calling me to break my fast.

Had a fantastic time for Christmas Dinner! It was my first time at a Melting Pot (husband went to another a long time ago). Our server was Eric and he was top notch, super friendly, and a great help when we had questions about the menu.
The appetizers and dessert were actually my favorite part! Lol entrees were fine, but I felt with the recommended time the meat became too gamey. We ended up taking out our meats earlier than recommended and they came out better.
Bc it was Christmas, we did the sparkling gruyere and it was fantastic! The meats were good in the Coq a vin, but the steam made all of our clothes stink! Lol But, it all tasted great.
We ordered some extra cream puffs with dessert and it was worth it. Yum!
The only reason I rate the atmosphere a 4 instead of 5 is because we were sat in a booth next to a couple thay seriously could not chill or enjoy. Everything was an issue for them and they were loud about it and super rude to their server, so that kind of ruined the atmosphere, but we had a great time.
