We had a fantastic experience at Chauma Gaucha. From the moment we were seated, the service felt welcoming and well paced, making the meal feel relaxed and intentional rather than rushed. The tableside meat service was outstanding. Each cut was brought out fresh, perfectly cooked, and seasoned beautifully. The variety kept things exciting, and everything we tried was tender and full of flavor.
The salad bar was equally impressive. It was fresh, thoughtfully curated, and balanced with both classic options and unique Brazilian-inspired selections. It complemented the meal perfectly and allowed us to enjoy the experience at our own pace.

Came for lunch during New Year’s Day and I was seriously impressed. Overall, the food quality and salad area was on par with every other Brazilian Steakhouse in the DFW area. What makes this place stand from the rest is the service. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and it definitely made the experience so much better. I asked if they had a specific strawberry lemonade that I had seen on their IG page and was told it might be from a different location but instead of just saying no we don’t have it, they went ahead and made me my own strawberry lemonade from their normal Brazilian lemonade. My husband mentioned it was my bday when it was dessert time and they bought out the tres leche cake, which was beautifully decorated with a candle and everything.
I’m seriously impressed and would love to be back just for the staff alone.

This is one of those rare 5/5/5 dinning experiences. We were recently there for my birthday dinner. The food is excellent. Every piece of meat was cooked to perfection. We enjoyed the side dishes and dessert was amazing. Service at this restaurant is second to none. My daughter and I made a game of trying to beat the wait staff to our seats before they could pull them out for us. We lost! You don’t just have a single waiter serving you, more like three or four. If you want to be treated like royalty and enjoy delicious food, this is the restaurant for you.

Hands down amazing experience here. Very nice and clean facility. The staff is very attentive and personable. The service is very fast here and I never ran out of meat even with our large party. Vanessa was our main server and she did a phenomenal job! Thank you all so much my wife and I had a wonderful date!

Awesome service! Servers are always there to help and attentive – they even anticipate your service needs. The food was amazing and its a great price at $55/person for ayce meats and salad bar. Pineapple is an additional $10 for the plate but very worth the money if you like pineapple.

Not going to lie, I felt underdressed when I first got in, and half expected to be told I should leave due to dress code, but that was not the case. It was very inviting, the customer service was very good.
A bit pricey, but after tasting the food, and the service you truly get what you pay for which was great!
I would go back again, prolly a bit better dressed too.

The meats were absolutely incredible. Every cut was cooked perfectly, seasoned just right, and served hot and fresh. The filet mignon was so tender it practically melted in your mouth, and the picanha was full of flavor. They kept the selections coming and made sure we tried everything we wanted.
The salad bar was also impressive — fresh, high-quality options with a great variety. And let’s not forget the sides and desserts… everything was delicious!
