I just got the best Chai Latte I’ve ever had from any Starbucks at this location today. Several locations have been making really bad Chai lately – I drink them almost every day. They taste like beer, or black Licorice, or they’re somehow spicy. I went through the drive thru around 12:30p today so whoever the barrista was at that time is amazing. The girl that took my order and handed my drink out was very friendly as well. All around, it was a good experience.

Zee the manager is always very polite and professional! She engages with her customers and greets them with a smile! I am big on customer service because I work in customer service as well. Her team also does an amazing job. They are efficient, and make my drink just how I like it! I’m an every day customer and someone always greets me when I come in, I will keep coming back ! They deserve a raise!

They will make every single kind of order before delivery orders. If the delivery has been in the system for 10 or 20 minutes, they don’t care, they will proceed to make all the drive-through orders first. Orders should be made as they come in so delivery drivers and order a head customers aren’t waiting for over 15 minutes.

Half the time you’re lucky to get a full cup of coffee and then when you tell them you’d like a full cup, they are rude. I’ve talked to the general manager enough and the problems are still there which make me believe the GM never did anything. I only go there because it’s convenient but they aren’t even nice to you when you walk in. This is the worst location ever

This is the best Starbucks bar none! Zee and the gang are AMAZING and I’ve never had a bad coffee here. Check it out if you don’t believe me. But beware of the drive thru line of cars frequently across the way into the parking area. And a shout out to Starbucks for giving this vegetarian a breakfast sandwich.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m a mobile healthcare worker and stopped at this location while training a colleague, just looking for a quiet place to sit and chart. The café was nearly empty—only one or two other people were there—and we were sitting quietly, not disturbing anyone.
However, we were asked to leave because we hadn’t ordered anything. I’ve worked in many Starbucks locations and have never had this issue before. If this is a new policy, it should be applied consistently across all stores. I was very disappointed, but chose to remain professional and leave without making a scene.
There are plenty of other nearby Starbucks that are more welcoming—I recommend visiting one of those instead.

Took a little too long, and both drinks I ordered were wrong. I got a chai and it tasted like milk, and Carmel walls and there was basically nothing. My friend got a sugar cookie drink and they forgot the whip and crunch and then we asked them to fix it and still forgot the crunch…
