This place is my absolute favorite!! The best food, drinks, service, atmosphere and the staff always goes out of their way to make you feel right at home! Been here at least 10 times in the last month! Love love love everything about it!

We had a really BAD experience today at this restaurant. We like their food and drinks, but customer service is something they REALLY need to work on.
We arrived around 8pm, it’s a Saturday night, we know it’s busy. We requested a table for 11 people, 6 adults and 5 kids. They told us that it was going to be a while for us to get seated, and we didn’t mind waiting. We sat down outside, saw people come and go, big tables we’re still eating/drinking.. an hour went by and we decided to ask for separate tables, it wasn’t a big deal for us. Went in and asked the waitress if we could just take 3 smaller tables (that were empty and far apart from each other) we just wanted some wings and drinks, again it wasn’t a big deal if we didn’t eat together. Waitress told us no, (even though 3 tables WERE AVAILABLE) she said that it wasn’t fair for the other waitresses to have us seated in different tables mind you, we were going to pay separate, just as if there were three smaller parties just asking for service. This made no sense for us, idk if it make sense for someone else.. we decided to tell the waitress that it was okay, we were just going to have to go somewhere else and she VERY LOUDLY said “PERFECT! ” (yeah she actually gave us a thumbs up.) Everyone stared at us. So embarrassing, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. But well, this is big spring, right?

My friend and I went for lunch, but It wasn’t too busy. We got seated and attended quickly. Beer was cold. Ordered and within 15-minute wings, and the melt came out nice and hot. I got the Texas wildfire #5 on the heat chart, but ol boy, can you taste the flavor and heat just delicious. I paid for it later on the day, but it was worth it. My friend said that that was the best melt he ever had fyi. Oh yeah, the beer was cold. Stay trusty.

This has been my favorite place here in Big Spring. I come here all the time. Tonight I was a little upset with the Manager that was in charge. There were 2 waitresses working tonight and they have been pretty busy. This Manager has not checked on them or tried helping the entire time we had been here. She was visiting at this table the entire time and I was here for about an hour. To all Managers, please be considerate of all your staff and be a team player. Great people leave Management, not jobs.

Solid Wings and a friendly staff. My friend and I got here on a Sunday after golf so we were hungry and it was lunch which was perfect. We were seated quickly and the place was mostly full. We both ordered wings and the flavors were very good. They have a great selection of flavors. The wings were large and not over cooked. We had a good experience and I would recommend. The only thing they could improve is that it did take awhile to get our food. However we did go when it was busy.

First time here we had a server named Ana I believe, she was great. We were indecisive about what flavor wings to get so we asked for samples, she gave us the samples we asked for but then also gave us some of her favorites & made the decision slightly harder lol. We came back & had Denise as our server she was great as well, very friendly & attentive. My husband & I have came back & asked for her multiple times. Great service, good food & prices are hard to find nowadays, Wild West Wingz is definitely a “hidden” gem.

Wow! I was super surprised how great it was here, the food, the service and all around great place to eat. It’s not always easy finding a place that has good service and prepare good tasting food, especially in a small town like BS but this place does it all very well. Highly recommend!

We had the worst experience here tonight. We waited over an hour for our food and when we did get it it was horrible. Jerk sandwich no lettuce tomatoes sauce nothing just dry. Quesadilla burger no veggies only the tortilla with a patty. We got a burger with no mayo. All the fries were cold. The only good thing was a side salad and the wings. They do offer a variety of sauces which was interesting but that didn’t make up for everything else. Don’t come here it’s a disappointment.

These are the BEST wings I’ve ever had. Nice to finally find a great wing spot. Come here at least once a week when in town, sometimes twice. Texas Cactus is probably my favorite so far, but they have all been fantastic. Don’t be afraid to try some of the lower numbers on the menu closer to the top, as I don’t think they’re listed properly from hottest to mildest. Regardless, the flavors are top notch.
