I go to this sonic at least 3 days a week for my strawberry limeade. The drinks are always great and the staff is wonderful. All the girls are so nice. I ordered my drink today like usual and didn’t notice till I got home that someone had wrote on my cup. It made my day. Thank you to all your staff

First stall we pulled in to, the touchscreen didn’t work at all. So you couldn’t see their ads, it your order. Moved stalls to the drive thru, and the service was semi-friendly. Good is normal sonic food and seemed to be made fresh when I ordered. Probably not my first choice with everything that’s around there to eat, but good ice cream and stuff if you’re looking for that sort of thing.

Food was fresh and very good. Service exceptional. Waitress checked on us because we weren’t leaving. Our battery was dead and we were 80 miles from home. She got the manager who drove his truck to us and jumped our battery. Couldn’t ask for better people.

Drive-in, food delivered to your car. Tots were too salty to enjoy and that was disappointing. Otherwise food was good but pricey from past experiences. Perhaps deals offered on app but no specials offered otherwise. Great ice, grab a bag to go.

Edit: Been there two more times since then, and no reoccurrence of that visit. Even when they have been busy, they haven’t just skipped my order. Wanted to be fair since I think it was just a fluke thing.
Ordered a small slushie and then sat as 2nd in line for over 15 minutes. When the car in front of me finally got their order and I was 1st in line, 3 more orders came out that were not mine. Not sure what happened to my drink, but I ended up having to leave before getting what I ordered.

pretzels are burnt, ordered a cranberry slushie and got a limeade, which was not a slushie. pretzels taste wasnt so bad because they were burnt but more so because their grease trap is dirty and it is noticeable.

I love Sonic. I eat here often and I use the app. The past few orders I made, they come back incorrect. Without items that are supposed to be in the order or they didn’t take items out of the order, as requested.
I’ll continue to eat here. Just hope the staff pays closer attention to items that are supposed to be in the order or items that the customer does not want in the order.

The last 3 times I’ve been, I’ve tried 3 different items including onion rings and all the food is awful.
