Great Service from Liz! Had an awesome experience at this Italian spot thanks to Liz, our server/bartender. Super friendly, gave great menu recommendations, and made us feel really taken care of. Even while juggling the bar and other tables, she never missed a beat. Liz seriously made the night—hope we get her again next time!

Terrible customer service. Barracos was completely empty with ONE table being Service where we were seated next to. Sat patiently for 15 mins when another party of 4 arrived. Waitress immediately serviced the table, never acknowledge or greeted us when we observed how quickly she went to that table. When asked why we were not tended to, host stated that it “probably was not intentional….” not even trying to correct the issue or see what could have been a mistake
Sign at the door is VERY SUBJECTIVE and unwelcoming for a RESTAURANT. Please be mindful of being sterotypical. Did not want to post sign as it is very embarrassing to be posted at a Barracos. Will stick to my beverly and evergreen park locations.

The absolute worst presentation, worst pizza ever in my life. Even if they claimed that it supposed to look dehydrated and burnt. It was cold and very dis-satisfying. The dog wouldn’t even eat it. Sadly. Wasted my money and time.

Chrissy. Is the best friendliest bartender. At barraccos. We always have a great time talking to her. And she makes us laugh and feel comfortable………… But. I recently. Visited And. Here’s. My recently. Review We experienced the worst service tonight at Barraccos in Crestwood. We waited approximately 20 minutes for a drink not just.me. everyone. Whom came to party.. when they weren’t even busy at bar….The manager informed us that outside. BIRTHDAY. Cake was not allowed within the restaurant and requested that we remove it. Immediately. From restaurant…..Notably, the bartender took a 45-minute break, while the manager, who seemed irritable, attended to our drinks. Despite the complicated service, we managed to have a good time.

Monica was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made our experience at Barraco’s Pizza even better. She checked on us often, made sure everything came out just right, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can really tell she cares about her customers. The food was great, but Monica’s service made it outstanding. Definitely ask for her if you come in!

Went here after my getting back from my husbands work trip. The bartender Liz was absolutely fantastic. The place was very nice too but Liz really sold it. We will be back and be her regulars! She really gets to know you, has awesome recommendations, and is just so sweet! Best bar experience i’ve ever had.

Please just get rid of your craft beer selection altogether. I keep giving it another shot once in awhile and its always the same. No one knows what beer is on tap, there’s a really nice beer list, but you never get the beer requested, ever. Last time, gave three options (something on tap, something on the list and one of the regulars) received none of the three, but was told it was the regular. Not even worth mentioning to the staff because it just sends them into a spiral and they offer another option that isn’t correct either. Like, if its not your thing and no one is gonna keep up with the selection, just dont offer it.
Our food was good, the staff was good. No complaints there, but the beer thing is super disappointing.
