Had a great experience at this Taco Bell drive-thru! Kylee at the window was super friendly, patient, and made the whole interaction quick and pleasant. On top of that, David brought out the churros and was just as awesome—smiling, polite, and made sure everything was fresh and correct. It’s always nice when the staff clearly cares about customer service. Big shout-out to Kylee and David for making a late-night Taco Bell run even better!

It wasn’t loud at all inside the restaurant. The food was amazing whoever cooked that supreme burrito did a wonderful job the waitress I had was very sweet. Got called amigo which is weird because I’m a woman but other than that everything was wonderful especially the house margaritas!

Trespassed for ordering my food, sitting down eating it, walking out, coming back in, and plugging in my phone (20) min. Apparently No muscles allowed here, no men over 6”, no one intimidate the white male manager, he’s sensitive. The women were doing their job very well. I dont even eat taco bell often, and I only went there for Wifi (and food) for a job interview online, dont worry, I wont be back. Maybe stop harassing people just because they come in with a book-bag. The book bag was just hold the phone up to look professional for the interview

This place is a rip off. Both my soft taco supreme and burrito supreme barely had anything in it. On top of that, they only gave me three packets of the wrong sauce. They did manage to give me a massive amount of napkins to go with my order, though. Too bad those aren’t edible, I’D BE A HECK OF A LOT LESS DISSAPOINTED.

The last theee times we’ve ordered online and picked up in drive through items of our orders have consistently been missing. This last time almost half our order was missing. Once we noticed I drove to the location to get this resolved in person. They told me there was nothing they could do as a manager was not there. Service is lacking and having items missing on multiple occasions shows the workers are not doing their best. Very frustrated as no offers of ways to resolve were offered. Do not recommend this location

Do every time I go to this location the crew act like they don’t want to be at work. And I ordered a 4 meal deal online and they didn’t give me my chips and cheese. Yall rip off customers often and act entitled to the customers often? Just Ridiculous over location get a better staff.

Pathetic. Instead of telling me they did not have crispy chicken cantina tacos, they simply put cheese on the outer shell of a crispy taco. Hardly any meat. Also paid extra for 2 additional packets of avocado verde sauce (meal comes with 2) and they forgot completely. I asked for two at the window before pulling away and they gave me those two but not the two extra. Absolutely not worth $15. Zero stars if I could.
