Unfortunately, today service was really off and bad.I don’t know if that’s the norm for this location or not.I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I came back due to an error made and I recieved the wrong drink. I waited 20 minutes in Store for my order to be corrected. They served multiple people that came in after me and gave them there drinks before mine also mainly focused on drive thorugh as it was really busy.

Love this Starbucks! Reminds me of how internet cafes must of been back in the 90s. There’s tons of tables with plug ins at every table. As long as you make a purchase you can sit and charge your electronics as long as you want. Sure the coffee is a bit over priced but worth it when you can sit and lowder alday with free WIFI service.

I’ve never had an employee of Starbucks be outright rude to me until today. She wasn’t friendly at all, spoke with a nasty tone & had a horrendous attitude. She acted like she was doing me a favor by taking my order. Won’t go to this location again.

Loved this location. Ample seating indoors and few outside. Staff work well together and are quick to get drinks put. Space and bathrooms were clean. Great space to meet and hang out. My drink came out perfet too.

I took the wrong exit on my way to run errands and regrettably got my first PSL of the season here. I went through the drive through and after ordering on their 25 yr old speaker from a somewhat unfriendly staff person, had to navigate around the numerous potholes.
I think going inside might have different experience, but I get the feeling that because it isn’t the best area of town, it’s not the elevated experience most customers are looking for.

It’s a horrible place cause people there doesn’t helping u as they such that’s embarrassing like today u went to the store and I spend $17 dollars y grab my personal cup and they didn’t get my double stars I didn’t recommend it for sure!! I just gonna get a headache there.
