Raising Cane’s is hands down my favorite spot for chicken strips. The chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Simple menu, but they do it right every single time.

And the toast? Best toast out there. Buttery, perfectly grilled, soft in the middle with just the right crisp on the edges. I could honestly order extra toast every time and be happy.

On top of that, the customer service is always solid. Friendly staff, quick service, and the food consistently comes out fast and fresh.

If you’re craving chicken strips and want something reliable, Raising Cane’s is a no-brainer. Five stars all day.

Side note: I do wish they would put a little more emphasis on educating both employees and customers about the rewards point system. It would be a lot smoother if you could simply scan a rewards barcode instead of having to type the number in every single time. Also, it seems like many customers aren’t even aware of the point system when I ask about it. A little more promotion and training around that would make the overall experience even better.

please check before eating. They don’t cook all the way. Redness and uncooked all over the bigger pieces. Front cashiers rude. If you are taking orders, take them with a good service. What is the point of serving customers with attitude. Seriously embarrassing to work like this and get paid.

The food was good, please add ranch sauce to the menu. The Lemonade was tasty. The restroom situation is not great for travelers. It was clean, but limited to 2 bathrooms. A bathroom with multiple stalls would be so much better for families and people who just want to wash their hands!! A handwashing station could help if the bathrooms can’t be converted.

It’s pretty good. It’s kind of expensive just for basic chicken. But the service was good and the place is halfway decently clean. Sweet tea is bomb! Raising Cane’s is definitely better than Zaxby’s and Huey Magoos.

Went there with our soccer team after a game at Rabbit Hill Park. It was a quick service, boys were happy, we had a great time.

Best to eat inside to ensure you’re not getting less food. We waited 42 minutes for our food inside, but it was delicious! There is only one restroom per gender, so if you wish to wash your hands before you eat like most people, be prepared to wait in a lengthy line not only for your food, but for the restroom too.
If you’ve dined inside many times before like we have, know that if you ever decide to get drive through service, you will be getting much less fries on the side and you may or may not get sauce on your sandwich. Mine did not have sauce. If you like your food to have salt or spices, this place isn’t for you. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, but it’s bland. The sweet tea is amazing and the dine in area is clean, though small and you may not find a place to sit with your family. They definitely need to improve on some things, but I won’t write them off just yet.

If you’re looking for some delicious chicken tenders, Raising Cane’s is the place to be. The chicken is crispy and juicy, and the Texas toast is nice and buttery. The cane sauce is a great mix of tangy and spicy, and the homemade lemonade is extremely refreshing. This location was pretty busy on opening day, but the service was fast and friendly. The building is brand new and conveniently located near the Mall of Georgia.

Overrated. The chicken tenders were bland. There was no seasoning on the chicken. The honey mustard sauce is disgusting and too sweet. Cane sauce isn’t even that good. I don’t know why people come to these restaurants. Rather go th other restaurants that do the same thing but better. I didn’t even finish my $18 meal. Was way too bland to consume.

My sister told me I had to try it before leaving town because I don’t live near one. I placed my order and then waited while 12 other customers, that walked in after me, ordered and recieved their food. When they finally realized they skipped me, they made my order for there when it was supposed to be togo. She rolled her eyes when I said it was a Togo order. The wait wouldn’t have bothered me if every single person that was served instead of me hadn’t ordered the SAME exact meal.
