Been a while since I have been to a Chili’s. This experience made me want to come back. Service was prompt and all checks were pure separated using the ziosk system they’ve implemented. Got the triple Dipper and loved the Nashville hot and Honey chipotle.

Impromptu date night, sat at the bar. Both got the $10.99 Smashburger deal that included a drink and either chips n salsa, soup, or salad. Can’t beat it. Hands down the best burger I’ve had. How they maintain the juiciness is pretty great. Took 1/2 home for a second meal. The server was awesome and service was fast, but I didn’t catch her name. Worked behind the bar, actually gave us To-Go sodas. This location repeatedly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend, we try to go back as much as we can.

Went with family because of great time last visit, great experience again between food, atmosphere, and service!

We hadn’t been to a Chili’s in a while. I’m so glad we stopped in. We had Shy as our server. We’ve been together for 21 years and have never had such a positive experience at a dining location. We informed Shy we were splitting an appetizer and one entree. Not only was there a great attention to detail, but also 3 plates were brought to us. The kitchen was informed to cut the sandwich we were splitting in half. Again, we’ve been together for 21 years and that has never happened to us before. It was on the receipt, so I know it was Shy who told them. We were so incredibly impressed and appreciative. We will definitely be returning, hopefully getting Shy because the experience was so wonderful. We also liked how he was wearing 3 wedding rings. 🙂 The bathrooms were very clean, bar pretty busy. The only regret is I didn’t take better pictures!

Dined on Saturday night. Ordered wine and a margarita. Wine glass was dirty, margarita was ok. Not sure if there was any alcohol actually in it because it didn’t really taste like anything and I’m a lightweight. Ordered salad with no tortilla strips but got them anyway. Beef and shrimp fajitas were decent. Watch out for the “would you like chips and salsa?” question because they aren’t free but they don’t tell you that. Watch out for that device sitting on the table. Click on games or anything and there’s a fee that’s going to show up on your check. Make sure you look at the details before you pay!!! Rarely eat here and likely won’t be a regular.

It’s a shame the normal bartenders weren’t there… I have been going there a couple times a month for the last few years. After the service I had tonight, I doubt I’m ever coming back. After waiting over 15 minutes at the bar for just the tabletop to be cleaned from the people there previously, watching the bartender serve everyone that came in after us, couldn’t even get a drink, I found it necessary to say something. The girls at the bar flat out ignored us, even when I tried to say something, she tried to walk away so we walked out. Good luck with that kind of service.

We went to Chili’s to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out just the way we ordered. The service was excellent and our server was attentive.

I can’t find any negative to say about Chili’s Grill & Bar in Eldersburg, MD. The food was great and the portions large. Amazing drinks to top it off. Our sever was very sweet, make sure you visit and ask for Amber she was so nice and attentive.

Omgosh I had the best burger here a couple weeks ago on a Saturday around 4-4:30! I was cooked medium exactly the way I like it. The service was also excellent, don’t recall his name now, but he had many tattoos lol. Sorry I don’t remember his name. We will be back for sure.

My wife and I had lunch on Saturday and the whole experience was great!! Waitress was very professional and friendly. Restaurant was very clean and atmosphere pleasant. Also Thomas the GM came by our table to see how our meal was. We will definitely be back.
