On 2/24 I ordered over the mobile app. Pulled into the like at 1130 after 25 minutes I finally made it to the window. Received my drinks, waited and additional 10 minutes before receiving my order.
Fries were cold
Drinks were watered down.
Typically have great experiences at this location although they are on the slower side of service in drive thru food is always hot and correct. This experience was a bit off. Hopefully things get better service wise.

The service was top notch for just an order for my rewards! They gave us a cookie for just waiting longer than “usual” it was about a 5 min wait in the drive thru. I would go here again. Just my complaint is that the location is probably too small for this popular Chick-fil-A

This is by far the top one that I have ever visited. They were clean, courteous, and efficient. The lady came out and had fresh pepper for my salad. I really felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant. All other franchise owners need to take notes of this location. They really have the game down.

Got two separate orders of nuggets and both were short. Told manager named Brittany. Was told by her “what do you want me to do about it…” Never been treated like that when reporting any issues. After matching her energy, she corrected her tone and asked me when I could come in to rectify the issue. Came in the next day and she did but it’s principal. The audacity she had to give me an attitude when her crew messed up. Unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, work elsewhere.

Me and my 2 friends came here on a random morning to burn the kids energy and have breakfast… one of the workers was SO kind and gave 2 of our kids cow toys & also a complimentary lunch card for a sandwich. As a mom it’s little things like this that mean SO much to us. Chick fil a customer service is top notch and I’m so grateful

I’m just not a fan of Chic-fil-A. The food isn’t that good. I come only because my kids like the nuggets. My taste is a little more sophisticated. It’s always crowded and the parking is usually full with people driving around like they’re looking for a spot during holiday shopping. I can only guess this restaurant is trendy like a Stanley tumbler, and that is why it continues to draw crowds of people, despite the less than average food.

Not enough staff working so long drive thru wait times. The staff that were working were doing a good job. They need more people on shift.
