Enjoyed a seat outside in the bar area. There was live music playing tonight! Pretzel bites were hot and delicious! Lil house salad was a mounding bowl filled with fresh veggies, salad mix made of romaine and spring mix, topped with the Balsalmic Viniagrette. This was a great experience!

Will not take a to-go order without paying over the phone. Why on Earth when I trust you with my credit card information when you don’t trust me to be honest placing an order?! You will certainly never have my business in the future. Thankfully I have never experienced this at any other Mellow Mushroom across the country. Maybe you should learn from your fellow stores.

We wanted a family night out something different. We had an horrible experience. Our wings were not hot. We had to send the wings back twice. Our waitress states they were having problems with their wings not coming out hot. The Owner came over and she had a very bad attitude. She never apologize. When we decided we did not want the food. She stated we had to pay for the pizza and if we did not she would call the police because it was law to pay for the pizza. My husband worked law enforcement for many years. We will never eat there again.

My family of 5 frequent Mellow Mushroom quite often to celebrate birthdays , family dinners and personal lunches. Though tonight was very disappointing to say the least. Service was poor and Management was unprofessional. It was slow for a Tuesday night and they were understaffed which is very understandable. The server was obviously overwhelmed, management lacked in stepping in , Our order took 1hr to come out which is unlikely for their performance even on busy nights but the wait wasn’t the problem we were there to just have family dinner so we weren’t in a rush the problem came about when both pizzas were burnt and noticeably burnt at that to even make it to the table was kinda crazy , when we notified the manager, She was not as warm , welcoming or polite as she displayed to other tables that didn’t have issues. Approached the table without a greeting or trying to figure out what was wrong until we spoke to her displaying the problems with the pizza . Working in Hospitality this experience was disappointing to say the least and not our average experience here. The bar drinks carried the experience, the bartender was a 10/10 we got the rum punch.

Driving by this we order like 20 minutes before closing a large cheese pizza. It was the only place open and we were a bit worried we would t make it on time.
They had our pizza ready to go. Each bite was triggering happy childhood memories, it was really good even though it was just a cheese pizza.

The manager Michelle is amazing!! She is on point. She is the best and is able to do it all. She is always working hard everytime we stop in to eat. The food is always good and the beer is always ice cold. This is an awesome place to bring your friends or family. It has a spacious outdoor bar.
