Had the Brisket Sandwich, Onion Rings & Potato Salad for $20. I enjoyed the rings, the mac wasn’t bad, and the sandwich was barely just okay… it could’ve used some cole slaw in the sandwich as a little elevation.
It was my first time there so I couldn’t decide on a sauce so they gave me around 5 or 6 sauces, I only liked 1 or 2. Most of them were very vingeary. I think another visit and a different menu item can give a more fair review, but for right now… it really was a just-ok type of meal.

I have never had dry pulled pork before, until I went here. Pease do not waste your money! The sides were just ok but they were so small also. Once again I would like to go back to the fact that the meat was dry! Please do not go here. It’s expensive for no reason and then the food actually is not tender! Oh yeah and the sauce is not the sauce sucks. And it’s so watery but I had to use the sauce because the meat was so dry. It was really not a good experience.

I was driving by and saw it, Rodney Scott Bar BQ. Big fan. I was so excited to try. My first time. Atmosphere and people were great. Unfortunately, slightly dissatisfied with the food. I got wings at the bar and two meat dinner take out. The wings were Huge, and could have used more seasoning, not my liking. They could have cooked longer also. The chicken was good, moist. Brisket was cut wrong and dry. So tough to chew. Not happy. The coleslaw was good, well seasoned. Mac n cheese dry. Corn bread good, but spongy. Not sure if I will return. Mixed feelings, just like all the other reviews.

Got the 3 meat combo for $32, and a beer $5. The beer was kinda expensive 12oz. I got there at 7:30 at night. They’ said they didn’t have any clean silverware, so they gave me plastic ware The meat was warm’ish at best. The cheese on top of the macaroni and cheese was hard. As far as the taste goes it was good.

He gave us an in-depth behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen, showcasing how everything is made from scratch and introducing us to the heritage hogs hanging in the freezer. I had the southern style pulled pork sandwich.
The food was delicious! The banana pudding and apple pie, made fresh daily, were mouthwatering. The mac and cheese had a unique twist with a unique shaped pasta, and the hush puppies were perfectly crispy. I also enjoyed a local IPA that paired wonderfully with everything.
The onion rings were a standout as well—crispy and perfectly balanced, with the onion staying inside the batter for each bite.

Great place to eat…The very first time my boyfriend and I ate here it was at dinner time we both had the turkey club sandwich. It WAS AMAZING,TASTY AND FRESH. The service was awesome. As a result we decided to come back… this time for lunch… the service was ok this time however the food was not as great for lunch as it was for dinner…All I ask is that you all make the experiences match. We came back expecting the same greatness we had the first time and sadly you all feel a little short during the lunch rush unfortunately…BUT we will be back because the food is GREAT!
