We have going to Filippi’s in Norco for some time now. Every time we go, the service is lacking. Today, four of us visited around 4 pm. The restaurant was not busy except for on party of about 10 in the corner. Our waitress, Brooklyn, took a while to initially take our drink and appetizer orders. After about 10 minutes, she came out with waters and my girlfriend’s wine. I ordered a Jack and Coke which she forgot, I did not say anything about my drink because I figured it takes a little longer due to having to go next door to the bar to get my drink. It wasn’t until our pizza came out that I was able to ask about my drink (30 min after order). Now I am a bit confused if garlic bread is supposed to be served around the time you are seated because half the time we get bread and half the time we don’t. We all just sat around twiddling our thumbs until appetizers came. The food in the end was delicious and have never had a problem with that part but service is very lacking. We paid $100 before tip and felt that due to the service the meal was not worth the money. Not sure if we will visit again. Something has to be done about the service training.

I went here recently and had a pretty good time. We were greeted the second we walked in, and had a table freshly prepared for us immediately. The service this restaurant has was excellent. Everyone was friendly and quick.

The food was solid. We ordered a salad and a pasta. The lettuce in the salad was some of the freshest I have had in a restaurant. This was important as old lettuce can easily ruin a salad. My pasta had good flavor and was cooked well. The chicken in it also tasted great. I think the price might have been on the high end but it was good food.

The atmosphere is charming. Definitely not a modern themed restaurant but we preferred it that way. Sometimes it is nice to get a break from every other restaurant that strives to look like a corporate office building.

Overall, would recommend.

The pizza is why I remember all the Filippi’s years ago. So good. The service was great and the atmosphere is always old school Italian. Prices are steep, but if your gonna dine out every now and then it’s worth it.

During our recent visit, we had an experience that left us quite surprised and disappointed. We had made our reservation several days in advance for our large group, which included several children, so the restaurant had ample time to prepare for our arrival and was fully aware of our party size and composition.
Our group included several children who were seated at our table and under the direct supervision of their parents throughout the meal. Despite the fact that the kids were sitting in their designated seats and being watched by us, one of the waitstaff felt it necessary to approach our table and instruct the children to be quiet and remain seated.
I found this intervention to be completely out of line, particularly given that we, as parents, were actively present and managing our children. If there had been a genuine disturbance or safety concern, I would have expected the staff member to address us as the adults responsible for the group, rather than speaking directly to the children in what felt like an unnecessary and presumptuous manner.
This is advertised as a family restaurant, and a group like ours should be welcomed, not treated in this dismissive and unwelcoming way. We chose this establishment specifically because we believed it would be accommodating to families with children. Instead, we were made to feel as though our business was an inconvenience.
This interaction put a damper on what was otherwise supposed to be an enjoyable dining experience. The server’s behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate, especially given that we had done everything right by reserving in advance and supervising our children throughout the meal.

The server was nice and professional, but the garlic bread was burnt around the edges (all 4 pieces), the “wings of fire” were just plain, mild wings (not spicy and no heat…not even Buffalo flavor) and the rigatoni was swimming in water.

This place is great! The food was amazing and everybody loved the BBQ chicken pizza though they only asked for cheese. The service was also great though we did pickup. Food was ready to go even before they said and was warm and simple. Thank you so much!

Serviced sucked. It took 50 minutes to get our pizza and spaghetti. Why? It wasn’t that busy. I loved the pizza but I don’t think I’m dining in again. Takeout is 20 min faster.

Food was good, my vegetarian pizza was so full of veggies i could only eat 2 pieces but it was so good. Beef dip was also tasty and the seasoned fries were hot and had the perfect cook on them. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Its a cute little place with a bar next door that looks fun.

My family and I drove from Chino Hills to try this italian restaurant the food pictures and reviews looked great. When we arrive they had us waiting for quite some time. When they finally set us down they had us waiting for about 20 minutes until the host came to offer us drinks shortly after that two of there customers stood up one of them walked to the kitchen and started shouting “bad customers” while the other one stared at us and was laughing. At this point we got up and left as it was obvious that we weren’t welcomed .We are a Hispanic family and are disappointed with customer service this place showed towards customers.

The food here is so darn delicious! Their spaghetti with marinara sauce is something I can eat all day. Their Caesar salad is also very good and pairs well with the spaghetti. I’m going to try their lasagna next as I’m sure they also tastes very delicious. Try this place out!
