The staff were very nice. Young hardworking lady taking orders inside was being confronted by a super creepy aggressive customer and handled him with perfect decorum and then took everyone else’s orders without taking a beat. Young guy manager was very polite and friendly when he checked on me as well. I was there right at noon and despite being busy food was out in 2 minutes, some of the best Bojangles I’ve ever had and definitely best bojangles Mac & cheese I’ve ever had. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, maybe a different shift, but I had a great experience on my long drive. 🙂

Lots of signs for new menu items, but the robot hasn’t been updated to accept orders for them.
It drags they are out of something every visit. This time, they were out of white meat and delayed for dark meat and supremes. I sight know how hard it is to antibiotics that when there are 8 vehicles in line, it’s time to start cooking chicken.
I accepted all dark meat and a 12 minute wait, but that became at least 30 minutes before I received my food. I was extremely dissapointed to find all chicken breasts replaced with wings. 6 wings in total for a 12 piece family meal is a whole lot less than I paid for.

First off, it should be illegal for these Bojangles franchisees to try and pass of breakfast sausage gravy as the gravy you put on mashed potatoes. Why are yall being cheap? Order the dang brown gravy. On this trip I ended up swapping it out with the super cold macaroni and cheese instead.

I usually like Bojangles, but I normally go to the one on Augusta Rd, which is a good one. This one on Hwy 6 was not good. I ordered a combo meal that came with fries, but over half of the fries were way overcooked and tasted like eating cold rubber. I couldn’t eat them. The Bo-Rito was not too bad, but not great. My son’s chicken tenders were cold as well. He said that he couldn’t finish them. Service was okay. We had to wait a while before someone showed up to the register to take our order. I won’t be going back to this Bojangles. I’ll stick to Augusta Rd location from here on.

Every time I choose to come to this bojangles its always something wrong with my order. Among many other things I have experienced here, today I have burnt fries. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Bojangles. The lady working the register was rude, got an attitude when I asked for a coffee along with my breakfast, didn’t tell me it was ready, just set it on the counter and walked away. Luckily another customer got my attention and told me about my food being up there. The coffee I ordered tasted old and was cold. The food was way overcooked. I don’t see why I had to pay over $15 for breakfast AND be treated like that. Grunting and smacking her lips, rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing… If she doesn’t want to be there, she should find something else to do.

This place smells of a sour mop and mildew. I haven’t been in that store for quite some time. Today I wanted Bo’jangles but I ended up leaving and going to Augusta Hwy. This store needs to have the floors pressure washed. They need new trashcans for the restroom. Theirs are all rusted. Mildew and mold on the lower wall tiles. Upper tiles need to be wiped down along with the bathroom.stalls. Maybe DEHEC needs to visit. Very disappointed. Can’t even give it a rating. There should be an option for 0 stars because that is what I would give them. There is now way I could sit in there and eat with a smell like that so I had to leave.

I’m getting really tired of the AI ordering system. It doesn’t know what a side order is, and when I tell it that will be all it asks me. Literally five more questions. I’m a diabetic and it asked me if I want cobbler, and then it asked me if I want a boberry biscuit etc. they need to get rid of this. Otherwise I’m just going to start ordering from somewhere else. This is ridiculous
