All you can eat Chinese buffet are basically all alike. Lots of choices and limited quality. Average would be a 3 star. I gave this one 4 stars because it had a few things that lifted it up. The Mongolian bbq was excellent. They make it fresh and the meat/ shrimp was very good. They also had fresh fruit. The wait staff was quick and helpful.

Multiple options to choose. Food is freshly made. We do like more cook in grill and everything was cooked perfect.

I have visited this buffet for 5 years and can say they have downgraded with their food in the past 2 years. I went today for my hubby’s bday & we will never come back. First we were asked what we wanted to drink. The waitress left her order slip on the table so as any curious kid does my daughter picked it up to read it & she came back & yanked it out my daughters hand, she didn’t ask nicely. Than they walk by so many times. After 20mins of being there they brought us our bill. I was currently getting my 2nd plate of food when the bill was brought! They didn’t ask if we wanted a refill of our drink my hubby had to stop one of them to ask. She brought me the wrong drink then when my hubby said excuse me she ask for a lemonade this is sprite, she came back slammed the lemonade on the table with an attitude. We did not leave no tip because we were treated horribly. Please dont go here unless you like rude service. Never again

Wow! The Gourmet Buffet & Grill was delightful! If you aren’t a fan of Chinese food (like my wife lol), they still have plenty of options and the prices are unreal. Six plates of food and three plates of dessert all for three people at $14.99/person? Which, by the way, if we wanted more, we could’ve had more at no extra cost (hence the buffet)? Sign me up!
They have a grill (hence the grill obviously) where the cooks make the food in front of you and you can pick from three different sauces but there’s an entire bar of food you can choose and it’s so cool! They also have Hershey’s ice cream for dessert and plenty more! This was my first time coming here in over 10yrs and it was so awesome, we can’t wait to go again.
The customer service is great and the vibe of the place is super consistent. We loved seeing the fish before we left at the fountain near the entrance.

This is one of my two favorite local chinese buffets.
I always find good food here, and then. They always have certain items that aren’t available at lunch time. That are available for dinner.
I also believe that was more of a COVID related change. If I recall correctly.
I also love doing takeout from the buffet. Even when I do take out for myself. And I get couple containers I spend from fifteen to twenty dollars.
And then I also like to take soups home with me, especially when the allergies and asthma are bad.
I mean, one thing, people have to realize is that sometimes negative things do happen at restaurants. But the best way to correct those negatives is to fix it.
Because we all know the people that come on here and give experiences and readings for whatever place and just because they had one negative experience, they have to write some of the nastiest comments.
Life is life sometimes things just happen.

After 15 yrs of eating here I’ll never take my family here again. They don’t allow the use of a coupon on split checks which I understand and agree with. I asked the server to split the total check between two of my cards. Not split the check but to split my payment. The coupon specifically does not say cannot split payment methods. The young man at the register when I question them on this all of a sudden got dumb and didn’t seem to understand English anymore. Remember I’ve been going here for about 15 years. I hope their visas are all up to date and current. To lose the business of a family of four over splitting the payment method is just dumb business. The food is good but the business practice is ridiculous. I will take my money elsewhere. Considering I am in the top 10% of reviewers in the area on Google that may translate into a lot more lost business for them. I have a degree in hotel and restaurant management so I am not talking out the side of my neck.

When we’re in the mood to eat a lot of varied food and not want to deal with being restricted to one thing on the menu, this is our favorite buffet in the valley! The food is always freshly prepared and doesn’t get dried out by the heat lamps (probably because it goes quickly and doesn’t have time to lose its luster!). There’s also a hibachi station that allows you to create your own entrees, which most buffets don’t have. There’s plenty of sushi, vegetable dishes, seafood, dumplings, rice, soup, desserts – the list goes on. The staff are always pleasant (but can get distracted when the place is really crowded), the bathrooms are clean and there’s plenty of parking. For the price, you will leave satisfied and full!

Averthing good but I think it is totally ridiculous when you get there at 2:50 and there are 3 trays on buffet they is empty for an hour and 10 mins so they can fill at 4:00 with dinner only food. Especially boneless ribs. You can tell there was food in there before I got there. I checked 3 times and not filled. Why should I the even pay lunch price when one of my favorites is not filled to save

Due to the holiday, they had a price special of $15.99 per person. Considering the original prices, I don’t see this as a special however on the positive side, it is one of the cheapest buffets these days. The food was okay but the variety was certainly pleasing.
Beautiful decor and a vast array of desserts but the service, not too great. The waitress brought the wrong drinks to our table, not correcting until we got to the table and my son was about to take a drink. She put her hand over the cup, said, “No no no,” then brought the drinks to the table behind us though they were seated after us. We waited extra minutes to receive our drinks.
No one came by to refill our drinks, we had to hunt someone down to get refills. Furthermore, it was more of, our dishes got picked up without checking if we were done. It was more of, “you’re done?” And our plates were taken without waiting for an answer. At the end, was when we got interaction, but it wasn’t enough to save the service. Calling our son cute is also not enough to save the service. It wasn’t horrible but I don’t think we will be returning.
