I’ve been a loyal customer at this Sonic for over 10 years, but lately things just haven’t been the same. The decline in service and food quality is hard to ignore. Today I ordered a large Frito chili pie, and what I received was barely half a portion (photo attached). It’s not the first time something’s been off — the missteps and short portions are starting to add up. Sadly, I find myself going there less and less. Hoping this location can turn things around and bring back the consistency and care it once had. This is my favorite place.

I stop in several times a week for happy hour slushes and the carhops always do a great job getting my orders out quickly accurately and with excellent customer service. There’s 4 other sonics in our area and many of their carhops always seem to act like customers are an inconvenience

My husband stopped here late afternoon 2/5 to pick up dinner and when he arrived home I was immediately disappointed. I had a hankering for a sonic burger and as I said, immediately disappointed. First, the chicken tenders ordered for my son, missing. Second, tater tots dried out and old. Third, burgers had an off putting taste, both the bun and the meat. We will never visit this sonic location ever again. So very sad that this is acceptable to serve food to the public of such poor quality.

My husband and I drove to this Sonic on 2/28/26 around 7:50ishPM through the drive through , the drive through worker was rushing us asking what we wanted and my husband told her to give us a couple of seconds and she literally told us to pull forward since she had a bunch of order ahead, there was no one behind us….

Food and service where the best that I’ve had at any Sonic in quiet some time. Food was fresh and came at a great speed and was hot and clearly made to order. I wouldn’t mind going back here because in the error where fast food isn’t fast and the customer service is questionable, they did an exceptional job. Good job everyone at this location!!!!!!!!

Trying to charge for sauce when it’s free at every other Sonic is definitely a choice, the poor kids are barely making minimum wage and now you’re asking them to ask customers to give them change to get a single sauce with their food? C’mon now

I normally avoid fast food places but on afternoon I was looking for someplace with take out so I pulled over and checked out s few menus. Since I already knew what the larger and more popular fast food places had I then pulled up the Taco Bell menu. Nothing really caught my eye except the Taco Bell bowl. Chicken (real chicken cut in small chunks, rice, small red beans, pico, guacamole, a couple kind of cheese, sour cream, salad veggies and a couple of more things and tortilla chips
I think the prices vary from location to location. I’ve paid from $7 to $8and a half dollars a good and filling meal that I usually eat while on the road. Get some!

Only allowing 1 marinara sauce for a medium mozzarella sticks is ridiculous. You want to charge 20 cents for a second. No other Sonic I’ve got to has done this. I won’t be back to this location.
