This McDonald’s rival some of the worst in East Cleveland as far as the speed of service is concerned. I just waited 28 minutes to get a five dollar value meal and a happy meal. And then when I finally got it, it was missing stuff. Don’t waste the trip, you’re close enough to the one on state you can go there and they’ll get your stuff in a third of the time and it’ll be right.

I got a five dollar meal deal and they didn’t give me ranch they gave me sweet and sour sauce. Sweet and sour is discussing it is slimy and why would I want to dip my chicken nuggets in that sauce

When addressed by the young lady at the drive thru she was very disrespectful. Her attitude was horrible. This is not the first time she has talked to me like this. I assume I am no different than anyone else. Like what to do want, I can’t hear you with a rude tone. I then waited like 30 mins for my food. The first time it was almost 45 mins. I spoke with management but I think this is not the first complaint and probably cannot find workers. Please know everything starts with good leadership. If you have rude workers people not showing up then maybe you are not interviewing correctly. Maybe you are desperate and just take the first applicant? Nothing changes if nothing changes!

Walked in the dining room was dirty, no whipped tables. Crew member on a phone call not greeting guests. Men’s bathroom wash absolutely disgusting, dirty diapers on the floor, toilet paper spralled all over. Green substance on urinal stall. Wouldn’t recommend his spot for dinning. The kitchen looked messed fries n bags all over the place. Not a good spot to stop to eat.

Very disappointing experience at this location on Howe Ave on 10/4/2025. The what I’m assuming to be the Assistant Manager because of the black shirt and GM’s certainly don’t work at night lol. Asked us to leave at 10:07 pm when we had calmly expressed that the google for this location says 11pm closing time for inside and midnight for drive through. I certainly understand and can appreciate the employees who clean early and sweeping. However, we had only came to work on college school work. We were quiet and did not make a mess what so ever. Just needed somewhere inside to sit down and pull our laptops out. It did feel a bit frustrating that google says 1 thing when this manager said another. He had expressed that the dining room closes at 10 pm. When google says the dining room closes at 11. Also weirdly frustrating that he let me and my partner order food for the dining room and did not inform us. Disappointing experience and I hope that the management could take into consideration basic business skills for running a franchise would be transparency to keep business. Biggest example here would be having a consistent opening and closing time. If this location is instructed to close at 10pm via the district manager that’s great! Just some transparency across the board would be appreciated for the future. It really is the small things that matter to consumers that sometimes are overlooked. Time transparency, safe and clean environment, and polite customer service. If you have any questions or concerns or need more evidence or information do not hesitate to reach out!

Manager and coworkers are all lazy. If you want, your food made at all and not just told that They aren’t making it. I recommend driving to the Talmage Avenue one it’ll be worth it. At least you’ll get your food.

Everytime we have ordered from here it’s been a problem. Missing items, burnt, completely wrong items. Tonight I ordered a McCrispy (which is nearly $5) and it was so small and burnt. Our burgers were also wrapped inside out, with the ticket touching our food.

I bought a cheeseburger and received a cheeseless burger and when I complained I was told they were out of these like ??? that would have been good to know before I ordered and waited forever. I was told cheese would be coming so we waited and waited but eventually left since I had an appt to make. I was not offered any compensation for the burger. They also keep the ketchup behind the counter here for some reason and don’t give it to you by default???

11/17/25, you send me auto link instead of responding to me in the reply? I dont think you need further information from me. It appears this McDonalds has quite the history. I don’t see any responses. This took place at 11/11/25 at 435pm. We ordered a double cheeseburger combo through the app. While in line ordered a cone 2 different DT numbers. The 1st order was given i asked for the cone and simply told me to drive around again. I am like it is a long line it is a cone just get me the cone. Telling me it will affect my time slammed the drive thru window in my face complete attitude. So I drove around again once to the window asked if she made her time and she slammed the window again. Wow I guess I am stunned, more worried about the time than a customer? You should be fired for being rude or restrained ridiculous.

They didn’t ring up my order correctly at all, forgot a sandwich and didn’t even put a chicken patty on another. Also put the fries in the bag completely upside down, and charged me for sauces I didn’t even ask for. I’m stunned at how badly they messed up my order.
