Stopped in while traveling through town. Had the #1 combo. Went inside to order. I found the restaurant to be clean. The food was good and the employees were nice.

Had to pull over at the drive thru to wait on our food. After about 5 min they brought it out. The burger was so cold the cheese wasn’t melted. The fries practically had icicles on them and the bun was hard enough to knock a person out. I know it’s Hardee’s, but I actually like them when you can get decent service.

We stopped today for lunch. Wasn’t many cars in the parking lot. So we drove in and ordered the advertised $5.99 bag. We chose the the double cheese burgers. We were surprised to be told to pull out of the drive thru line and wait for our meal. Thinking we were going to get fresh cooked burgers and fries, we were seriously disappointed. What we got was burnt cold burgers that didn’t melt the cheese, and luke warm fries. The unsweet tea was good, but not worth the $12.00+ we paid.

Abysmally slow service. 20 plus minutes for a single burger is ridiculous.
Restaurant needs to be shut down in staff need to be retrained. There are five people working in that entire store and they can’t get an order out in under 15 minutes

I ordered the Frisco sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. My sandwhich was room temperature at best. The cheese was cold and didn’t melt. Not a very good sandwich. I think I was there about 8:30 AM on Thursday 8/21/25.
I had to wait a few minutes which I don’t at all. I received excellent service from the young lady behind the counter.

Well the lady at the register was very nice. The food was good. But the place was not clean at all. The floor was so sticky I wiped my feet on the concrete outside when I left. I haven’t had a bad experience here but it makes me think: if the dining room area is that dirty, what about the kitchen. I’m sure it’s filthy. This falls on management. I love Hardee’s but I’m going to skip this location from now on.

Paid $2.14 w/tax for a $12+ meal. And it was delicious(conover location). Download the Hardee’s App and sign up for rewards for a free Western Burger, Big Cheese or Chicken Sand. I got the Western Burger and just grabbing it out of the bag was very satisfying. I ordered ahead through the app and used my free burger discount with any purchase.
**They are also now serving jal. poppers and OMG. They are very classic style. In store a 6 piece is 2.99, I ordered on the app with my burger and got them for $1 per 6 piece. So happy with the quality of the food and the size of burger/portion I got. Will definitely return to buy more stuff. I also earned reward points on my purchase to go towards more free stuff!!

The tables and floors could be less sticky. Food is great for the great price nothing was expensive. Not a great place for coffee.
