Do not even think of going anywhere else! This place is absolutely what you need in your life right now. Ceasar salad is fresh ,Seafood pasta has all the flavor and authenticity you are looking for, the Tiramisu was nothing short of amazing. The staff and experience make this place top tier! I hate I do not live in NY to come here whenever I want but trust me when I say its worth coming back for this resturant!

We had the most amazing dining experience hosted by the owner Isacco.
Everything including the octopus was delicious. We were treated like family and that reminds me of the NYC I grew up in.
Thank you all for a fantastic evening.

I came to New York City by myself for work and I had the most enjoyable evening at Casa de Isacco! The second I sat down he, said, red or white. I said, red and the host, Isaac brought the most beautiful glass of chilled red wine! The bread and dipping sauce that came out first was an inch thick, beautifully toasted and oh my goodness! Then probably the freshest Caesar salad I’ve had in a long time and I don’t even know what the name of the pasta was .. he asked what I was in the mood for and I told him something light.. He brought angel hair with shrimp, arugula and basil… perfect! Without asking he brought me a glass of champagne for dessert. I think I fell in love

Honestly, I’ve never given a 1 star. The food was great, and the inside is gorgeous. We walked in a little after 11pm for a night cap and a nice dessert, as they had so many options. We informed them of this and they gladly accepted us and sat us down in an empty dining room. (They closed at midnight so we had given ourselves plenty of time for dessert).

We ordered a tiramisu, tap water and a sangria but were told that we HAD to open one of the bottles of water on the table. The server insisted.

Once our initial server took our order, he was visibly upset and went to get another server to help us. He proceeded to sit down in the dining room to have a beer. I found this to be a little odd.

The drinks and food came out shortly after we ordered, and they were great! Super tasty! The food and drinks are a 5/5.

It wasn’t until the end of our night until the experience turned a little sour. When the bill arrived, the tiramisu and drink were reasonably priced. $12 for the drink and $20 for the tiramisu. However, they claimed the still water bottle was a $15 charge.

After paying and thanking them, I said that I found the prices to be fair and that the meal was great but that I didn’t expect a bottle of water that was insistently opened on me to cost $15.

Our original server, who was still drinking his beer in the dining room, raised his voice to then say “well next time you should eat something”.

I found this to be a little disrespectful, especially after a $50 bill a tip.

Our second server was super nice, and again the food and drink were great! I guess avoid getting water, or this place in general, if you aren’t having a full meal.

The food in the atmosphere the music I will never forget. As soon as you walk in you’re hit with history of music greats and film greats covering the walls from top to bottom – then you’re hit with the amazing Italian food and wine and the unforgettable host.

Fantastic experience. Atmosphere was perfect, but can’t be properly described apart from Isacco, the gregarious proprietor. He made a great eating experience over the top by just being himself.

And the food. Holy cow. I’ve not had a meal like that in many years. The Pears Nonna was quite the treat.

If you’re anywhere close, visit Casa Di Isacco. You will be glad you did.

Issac was such a wonderful host. Asked us what wine we would like when we first came in and always came to check on us. It was a girls night and he gave us complimentary champagne as dessert. The bread was warm and fresh as well and the dipping was splendid.

My friends and I truly enjoyed this gem! We had chicken francaise, fettuccine Alfredo and eggplant rollatini. In addition the homemade wine, atmosphere was to die for! I would highly recommend and we would definitely return. The gratis Prosecco at the end was so sweet.
