The lady on the line gave me the smallest portions ever. I know chipotle workers aren’t supposed to give out huge portions, I am well aware, but it got to the point where the spoon barely had food. As in, I could see the actual spoon, and a few grains of rice. I am not one to get mad or anything, but it was genuinely ridiculous. I thought she was playing a prank on me. I’d ask for more and she wouldn’t give me more. The diameter of the burrito was so small that I hold it and wrap my fingers around it and it fit fairly well. I have small hands.

The food is always on point!! Fresh Hot & Delicious. I’m not comfortable eating there and I have no reason why . It’s always a order and take it home thing maybe someday I’ll sit down and relax me. We love this Chipotle, we come to this specific location no matter how far we are just because the quality is much better than any of the other local locations. However, their customer service is absolutely TRASH. The guy on the line today seemed like he hated himself and everybody that was ordering- gave attitude to many people in front of us in line and then gave us attitude after asking for a tortilla on the side (literally slammed his hand on the counter and sighed). He couldn’t have hidden his annoyance even if he tried. There was also an employee walking around the kitchen/line with her pants unzipped and unbuttoned- kinda gross in my opinion.
Again the food is always great but the customer service lacks 9 times out of 10. We’ll be back but yall need to definitely talk to your employees about how to handle their bad days while still doing their job.

The employees that work at chipotle are extremely rude as hell there is no reason they should give me attitude because THEY MESSED UP ON MY ORDER. And have the audacity to speak in a native language, as if I am not Haitian myself and understand exactly what they are saying. Whoever is the manager over at that place needs to Teach them good customer service, especially the kid with the blonde and black dreads.

GO TO SANTA FE INSTEAD !!! This is the worse chipotle. They are so cheap give the smallest burritos. Literally every time i order have chicken and half beef the manager says something in another langue and they charge me for extra meat and think I wont notice when it suppose to be charged half and half. Maybe if their service was better and didnt try to over charge customer for the smallest portions then maybe this place will attract more customers and get people to recommend this place but i will tell people to stay away.

First time ordering Tacos from Chipotle. Is it supposed to look like slop? I spent $35 on 3 tacos with chips and dip. Even though they had bowls, still put these in foil so I was forced to eat like a barbarian. If I got hard shell it would’ve been even worse. No reason to overspend on this quality.

Food always come cold or barely room temp. Food I got today was overflowing with corn salsa and chicken. I ordered extra on a few things but what I received is not what I typically get when asking for extra. This place needs to be more consistent about portion sizes because I’ve been paying for extra but get usually half of what I got today. Not to mention the rice has way to much citrus juice, no salt, and barely any cilantro. I thought this Chipotle was run by a set of Restauranteurs?
