I ordered online 45 minutes before pickup. As I arrive on time for pickup, the store is empty except for a man ordering. His bill was $45 and took him 5 minutes to order. My order was only $22. Then the employee tells me it will be a few more minutes. 10 minutes later he brings out the guy’s order who was ordering when I arrived!!! I asked why his order was delivered before mine when I gave them my order nearly an hour earlier by this time and he just shrugged. DON’T ORDER ONLINE. Horrible service.

I’ve been to this Popeyes twice. The first time, I ordered at the drive thru, and it took over an hour to get my food. The second time, I ordered ahead on the app at 5:45 for pickup at 6:45. Apparently, that wasn’t enough time. I waited an hour again for my food. This place has horrible management.

Everytime you go here you have to wait 8 plus minutes (is what they’ll tell you) for basic chicken sandwiches. It will be closer to 10 or 12. They never have chicken ready and their drink kiosk is never right or stocked. Given this place way more chances than I should have but this location is terrible. As of today, Popeyes Chicken also has downsized their chicken on their chicken sandwiches and you dont get the nice slab you used to. Terrible services but I knew that going in. My fault for trying again. They’ve done this twice also, giving you a chicken strip instead of a beast or big patty like normal. See pics

Waited 15 ish minutes for my food (acceptable- not too bad). Get home with food & the chicken sandwiches were SO SMALL… for $6 each (there was 4 spicy chicken sandwiches ordered)- I woulda thought it would be better than that. Ordered All spicy & this is all the sauce given on every sandwich, absolutely none on the other side. Very disappointed ☹️

I don’t like Popeye’s chicken very much because they are too greasy. But I love this outlet. They deep fry the chicken which tastes so much better than any other fried chicken. Their service is good and fast but sometimes their behavior is not good.
Their fries and rice & beans are quite good too. Overall, for the last couple of months, I am only eating fried chicken from here.

Stopped in for a 5pc chicken tender combo.
Pros:
*Nice cool temp inside!
*Quick service
Cons:
*NO trash can outside
*Floor slick and greasy feeling
*Paper towels just sitting on counter instead of in a dispenser in the women’s rest room
*Didn’t receive cup for drink or requested sauce
*Coke machine needed cleaned and was out of most flavors
*Some tenders were thin & skimpy instead of being a consistent size.
*Busciut was too dry like it’d been under the heat too long
Overall I love Popeyes flavor however, I wouldn’t stop back into this location again. I was disappointed by the cleanliness, and soda offerings. The restroom wasnt the worst I’ve seen but it could have been cleaner and better equipped. The service was quick but I had to go back to ask for a cup and just skipped the sauce because I didn’t want to visit the counter again. After leaving I realized there was no trash can outside so I had to go back in to toss my cup.

I came here just to try the chicken sandwich and I have to say it’s pretty awesome! I really like it and I liked the spicy sandwich even better. I can’t wait to go back and try more things on their menu! The only downside is this location’s dine in was a disaster. There are no extra sauces or even ketchup sitting out. And no napkins out to grab. I would rate it lower, but it seems to be an issue with them being understaffed. Also going through the drive thu wouldn’t expose you to these issues. Just a fair warning if you planed to dine in.
