The staff is friendly and great here. They were so accommodating and helpful when I showed up today with my friend in a wheelchair they were more than willing to help us get a seated and give her the attention that was needed to make the experience just fabulous. Usually when we go to places people just let us fend for ourselves and she has to figure out where to sit. While dodging chairs. But they went out of their way to adjust everything to her needs. So greatful!!!!!! Thank u Angie so much!!!!!

Silvia at Denny’s was absolutely top tier. From the second we sat down, she was on it — friendly, fast, and genuinely attentive without hovering. Drinks never went empty, food came out hot, and she kept the whole section running smooth even when it got busy.

What really stood out was her attitude. She had that rare mix of professionalism and personality — made us feel welcome, cracked a couple jokes, and still handled everything efficiently. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.

If you’re hitting Denny’s, ask for Silvia. She’s the kind of server that makes you want to come back.

We were driving back from Mesa. Decided to eat lunch. We stopped at this Denny’s restaurant. The food was delicious. The kitchen knew how to cook. The service was definitely slow. It’s really slow. Only two servers taking care of the front of the house. With a total of 40 guests or so. And a manager that was trying to expedite food. He should have been out front cleaning tables and seating guests. Our server was polite and kind. My take on it. Go early before Church is out. Or go later on in the afternoon. This place definitely needs more workers. Bathroom floors were filthy and needed to be cleaned.

On Dec. 8th, 2025, my husband went to Denny’s in Fountain Hills. We arrive at 5:30. Was told to go sit at a booth by the window.’, which was ok. There was only one other couple in the whole restaurant. The waitress brought our water. A half hour later, she came to our table to tell us that the kitchen was closed because the food inspector came. Said it would be a 15 minute wait. Thirty five minutes later she came back to take our order. Got our food, ate, which was good, got our bill. Refused to give us a senior discount, or offer us some kind of compensation, which I thought she should have. Will I go back there to eat? Not sure. We were there for almost 2 hours!

This restaurant just is not the same. You never know about the service and food. Not only did I come in and have worst experience and food was cold. It feels like no life or careness. It definitely gives off bad energy the sad thing is you used have a manger in there that brightened that place up made it feel like home was always clean always decorated walked in she knew you it was home to this. I see that this place won’t be open much longer. Because management and corporate don’t seem to care about this. I cant believe that they are Okay with how the store is now. Just shows that they dont care about there community out here. This is the only place that was opened late family oriented and had someone who cares about there job and customer service made every visit worth going to this. Sads me to see how owners and management take care of there staff ans store. You dont have any. And that who ever is responding isn’t looking into any if this. So basically we the community of fountain hills will lose our dennys because o negligence we suffer because you guys dont care. I am.waiting fir the day that you guys amd corporate get investigated. But again you all dont care. I already know youd response. You are jet going apologize amd say you will evaluate and look into it. But we all know you won’t and if you do you won’t do anything about it. You can tell by all the bad reviews and business. We as a community suffrr from.it.

The Server on duty is having a meltdown or issue. And the one that was cut trying to get her side work done is being forced to take the orders. The other server walked off the floor all together. I hope the owner will see this and send her some help. The server that stayed and took my order is Samantha and was still up beat and professional a true team player and deserved to be recognized.

I just have to update my review. Today was a much better visit on January 26th 2026. Angie the manager was on the floor today and has a great attitude and personality. We discussed the last time I was in, she was very apologetic and said the matter was handle respectfully. I truly enjoy coming to the Fountain Hills Denny’s as a quick escape from the bustle of Phoenix. Please continue to support this local establishment.
