Went thru the drive thru in the middle evening time. Long line. And still my fries and chicken tenders were cold . I ate them bc I had no other choice. I was on my way to work. Or would have turned around and showed them how cold it was. I don’t eat out very. Severly disappointed.

The breakfast burrito was way to hot. Which made the tortilla soggy from the stream wrapped in foil.

Well I just had to try this new breakfast thing Wendy’s has. Honestly it sucks! The biscuit is very squashed and thin, while not very tasty. The potato wedges u get are very delicious actually, but the biscuit should be the end-all judge. Don’t waste your time or money here… go to Hardee’s.

This is a good Wendy’s located situated along with the Shell station and a Dunkin’ donuts. Their service here is always really good I’ve never had a bad sandwich from here I typically get breakfast. They pretty much always had the same people that work to drive through window and they get you in and out fast

I’m not an expert in franchise success, but I would assume closing the lobby every day around 5pm, and bringing the drive thru to a dead halt is not a successful model. The ragged sign says the lobby is closed due to short staff. With the lobby closed, and no cars moving at the drive thru, I guess Wendy’s can only afford 1 person.
