I’m not going to rate low cause I love yall but please cook the sandwiches longer. Every time I order my sausage breakfast sandwich here it tastes like it was assembled with things that have been sitting around. It’s just not hot and melty. If the cheese looks like this and not a puddle… it’s not ready to be served. It’s 7am. No one is here. You have time. If you need to learn how to do this contact the Sonic at 105 and Frazier. They get it right every time. I come here to see Misty though. We all love her. And I miss Ethan. Get him back. Love yall.

We pulled up at 9:30 to get two drinks, a super simple order. Multiple employees inside saw us pull up and press the button to order, one employee even had to run food outside to another car. We sat there for literally 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, not taking our order, telling us they’re closed early, or letting us know we’re unable to order. We thought we could just mobile order and wait for pickup, but mobile ordering is already turned off for the night. The female employee was busy rifling through her pockets looking for her vape and phone charger to provide us any customer service, but the other employees would rather hide in the back than do their job. This place is a joke.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic due to the manager, Kayla. I was charged for my order and showed a timestamped email notification that clearly listed the exact Sonic location at 808 West Loop. She refused to review it, stating she would not accept an email and would only look at a bank app.

I then offered to show the charge directly in my bank app, and she still refused to look at it or help resolve the issue.

After waiting about 15 minutes while they tried to correct the mistake, I offered to pay again just to move things along. Even then, she refused service, took my order away, and told me to leave. At no point did she apologize or attempt to resolve the situation.

I remained respectful the entire time and have never been treated this way by a manager. The behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This experience alone ensures I will not be returning to this location.

We visit this location at least 3 times a week and we usually go during the day and we get either Misty or Ethan which has always been an amazing experience, however tonight i got the unpleasant surprise of having Alisha, who not only was rude, very unprofessional, full of attitude, snippy and condensing. On top of missing items. We will definitely not be returning after dark.

Waited 20 min for breakfast first of all. Then when hopper finally brought my food, I asked what happened. She said they were backed up and out of soda. Didn’t know what soda had to do with anything. I didn’t order soda. When I got my burrito to work. It was cold and dried looking!! Lead me to believe they forgot about my order. It was horrible. If I didn’t think I would be late for work, I would’ve turned around and delivered right back! I want all my 9.00 bucks back.

Unfortunately, I had rp send my tea back twice…. it was not half sweet/unsweet like I ordered the 1st time + it was sour. The 2nd time it was still sour. I ordered to wait for fresh tea to be made. The 3rd time it was brought to me was much better. Thank y’all for makimg it right for me.
