We absolutely love this McDonald’s. The food is always fresh and hot, and the service is consistently friendly every time we stop by. We actually call it the “Magic Mountain McDonald’s” because it sits up high and feels like a little adventure just getting to it. We always make a point to visit this location whenever we’re in the area. The workers here do an amazing job, and it really shows!

They always take forever to help or serve you. There’s a young girl they always have in the front that looks like she’s never in a good mood or just whatever about her working there. They always look like they under staffed during evening shifts.

Cashier couldn’t figure out change from a $20 bill. Tried to explain that it was simple. She still couldn’t get it, she got frustrated and “huffy”, then she left the cash register talking to herself. Someone else took over. The manager came to us and said it would be taken care of. I hope so because that cashier was a poor representative of McDonald’s.

Usually missing items and have to drive back to get it worked out. Most times I’ve had to take a loss when ordering delivery because a majority of my order would be missing. I’ve noticed that it depends who is working they would actually get it right the first time. Other than that it’s Mc Donald’s they try to do fast paced service and leave things out.

Teenagers inside the building throwing around curse words and the n word with no regard for the multiple young children inside. Workers appear to have received no training as the service was horrible. There were multiple large spills on the floor and the teenage worker was joking about slipping on it and then suing instead of cleaning it up. Appears this location has put no effort into training half decent workers or keeping a child friendly environment whatsoever.

Fries are usually cold and mushy. Quarter pounder is a toss up: is it gonna be cold or is it gonna be burnt? I do like that they brought the chicken wraps back!

The food is made fresh. Great double quarter pounders & I’m in love with the Crispy Chicken sandwich! I just wish they were in the town of Frackville instead of being on top of the big hill where the Mall used to be. I wish they were more affordable. Still great food and great service.
