Food was really good. They may have issues following directions because I asked for no tomato or pickles on my burger but it came with it anyway but other than that, everything was good. Will be back soon.

Our server was very nice during our visit and the food was delicious! We got the papa burger with regular fries and onion rings. Our spicy dipping sauce was really good too! And of course You can’t eat at A& W without getting a root beer so I got a regular root beer and my husband got the frozen one and we both loved it. I’m from the south and we don’t have A&W’s where I’m from so anytime I see one I always stop by for lunch or dinner Prices overall aren’t bad, especially when their burgers are really high quality Thank you A&W employees!

The food itself was average fast-food fare – nothing bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. The bigger disappointment resided with the root beer floats, practically synonymous with A&W’s brand identity. We were incredibly bummed to receive them in disposable cups rather than the iconic frosted mugs. This seemingly minor detail significantly detracted from the whole experience we were hoping for – a fun and nostalgic A&W tradition.
Considering the price, which felt a bit expensive, especially since I didn’t get a combo meal, the lack of attention to detail was even more glaring. A&W boasts a rich heritage, and their signature menu items like root beer floats should be presented in a way that reflects that legacy. With a little more focus on these small touches, A&W could create a more memorable and enjoyable dining experience for customers seeking a taste of the past.

Very good food as always love coming to a&w, although the manager seemed to be on a power trip to the team members. Very unprofessional even though the team members were taking care of guest properly and being very respectful, but she even snipped at my family member for getting confused.
