Charming and classic. This is one of those OG home style kitchens with staff that felt like they were all family. The biscuit was soft and buttery, it felt like it would crumble but maintained its structure for the entirety of the meal, perfectly balanced. The flavor of the bacon is something you can only get from well seasoned pans. This place made me feel like I was back at my grandmas house. Will definitely be back. Not to mention the turn around time from ordering to eating was fast, I waited maybe 2 to 3 minutes.

Food is okay. Service is not friendly whats so ever. They just wait to take your order… no one is helpful or have any hospitality. You would think you were up north. 0 southern hospitality to make customers feel welcomed. Nothing to go crazy about. Wouldn’t be a place i recommend.

I haven’t eaten here in years I just happened to be in the area during breakfast hours so decided to stop.. there was hardly any bacon on the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Ordered a side of hashbrowns, there was 1 small triangle hashbrown in the bag. If you go to Biscuit King they put 3 in there. For $12 it was a small amount of food and Biscuit King or Biscuitville were better tasting than here

I always notice how busy The Biscuit Factory is. I finally got a chance to eat there today, and now I know why they call it The Biscuit Factory. They have the biggest biscuits in the city! I enjoyed my breakfast, I could be tripping, but it was kind of expensive. We got 2 biscuits, 2 fries, a hasbrown, and 2 drinks for 29.09.

Got the tenderloin biscuit but couldn’t tell if it was tenderloin chicken or fish. Grease it was cooked in made it horrible. Asked for butter for the biscuit since I couldn’t eat the meat and what they gave me was liquid and tasted like popcorn oil…not sure why so many people go there with food like we had.
