I was surprised that this location was so busy at 8:45pm. There was a line inside and around the building in the drive thru. I waited about 20 min. The young people were working as quickly as they could to fill those orders. Though I had to wait, I was impressed with the amount of people they were serving.
This location also has one of the machines that lets you choose about 100 different drinks with the soda and flavor options.
And the dining room is nicely decorated and I would appreciate the tall booths if I were dining in.
My daughter enjoyed her usual – the Zac Snack.

I came for Google to write the seating review because the service that I experienced was horrible December 22. I placed my order at 8:22 via the Zaxbys app went there when my food was supposed to be ready. I had two different orders one for my mother and one for myself my mother‘s order came out first cool. They said that it was going to be a little while before they came out with my my food OK I’m thinking five maybe 10 minutes at Max. Do you know it took 55 minutes to get a boneless wings and thing a house salad that did not come with each Zaxby’s salad that did not come with anything with no chicken no nothing on it and a kids meal which was two chicken tenders now the manager on duty that night was Cheryl and there is no way absolutely no way possible that Cheryl thought that it was OK to have them children out there working as hard as they were with no help she said her ugly attitude out there, and she came out one time To do a return or something because obviously the people was tired of waiting when I when I was asking for a general manager‘s number or owner‘s number however I can get in contact with it. She did not want to give it to me. She wanted to offer me a free meal at this point I don’t even want the free meal. I want my money back and I will never come to this Zaxbys again.

So for 6 years I’ve been eating at this restaurant and it’s been great up until 5 months ago something has changed for the worst. I used to get a piping hot 6 finger plate with hot fries and toast but lately it’s warm or overcooked chicken, mostly warm fries that are no longer crispy and sweet tea that’s not always sweet. The chicken tenders have gotten smaller as the price climbs, I used to brag on Zaxbys to our out of town visitors but I will no more! Guthries opens up soon near my home and that will be our new spot. Sorry Zaxby’s you were once king but now your settling like other chains.

Ordered extra sauce and was told “We not allowed to give that out” by a cook in the back. Once I said I paid she magically found a way to give me what I paid for.
I did an online complaint and asked to be contacted and wasn’t. Train that worker on what you sell.
I literally will never return to this Zaxbys for that alone because how nasty to assume a customer didn’t pay for something or try to withhold something you sold to a customer. Either way it’s WRONG.
Since no one contacted me here’s your 1 star google review too. Yea tell that worker I didn’t forget her nasty comment, the nasty look she gave me or the embarrassment she caused. Retrain her please, especially in customer service.

2nd time I been to this location, first time they messed my order up and I just let it go because they were busy. Completely dead, no line and my order is still messed up. I ordered Lemon pepper TRADITIONAL Wings and lemon pepper tenders with a large fry with EXTRA seasoning. There is no dry rub on either chicken and literally not a drop of seasoning on the fries This location is ridiculous, definitely not coming back

Do not use the curveside pick up they don’t actually offer it. The app and all the signs will say just pull up and let them know what spot your in did that waited almost 15 minutes no one came out tried to call them the phone is disconnected because of course it is. Ended up going through the drive thru just ask where my food is the girl told me I was supposed to go through the drive-thru and let them know I was there, again the app and all the signs do not say that, I might as well not have bothered with the app

Start to finish great experience. Haven’t been to a zaxbys in a while, guy was very patient with us. Lady in the window was very friendly and the food is probably the best of zaxbys we have ever had.

Let me start by saying I am a fan of Zaxbys. I normally get the kickin chicken sandwich, my favorite part is the sauce and the ranch. Unfortunately my sandwich had no sauce and was undesirable very dry. The Southern TLC I ordered for my son had no mayo and was plain(not what I ordered). And the bread which is normally delicious looked liked bread they were using from 3 days ago. So I guess it goes without saying I was extremely displeased with this visit. The service was not great either.

I did not want to write this review but I have given this Zaxbys so many chances. The service is horrible and the food is over priced. The drive thru is super slow and inside is even slower. No one in the building move with a sense of urgency or purpose. Everyone acts as if you are on their time. I am so sick of these slow food places with terrible service. It’s really sad how bad service has gotten over the years.

I don’t know what happened to this location. The food use to be good and now it’s horrible. The wings are dry and lacking flavor and the fries are overcooked . Will not be returning.
