The staff was really friendly, but we ordered through the drive through and had to park and wait 17+ for some wings to be ready. I ended up going in after the 17 min to ask if it was ready, and that’s when they handed it to me. The food was good and hot. We did end up receiving bone in wings instead of the boneless, but we didn’t notice until we were already home

They had delivered me a much bigger meal which I unnecessarily needed it; while I was trying to call to pay the extra amount, which I don’t mind, but found that number on google and called with a machine saying “the number you called is out of service” as an answer LOL so, I guess I will just eat it anyways. I hate to leave bad reviews on places but this is the worst popeyes location. Multiple times I’ve had a bad experience only with this location. Today we got there, the Mac and cheese was old, I asked for a leg and a breast and they gave me a wing, when I told the lady she was hateful about switching the piece. For the first time we decided to eat in there and there were 3 staff taking their break in the dining area with their phone on full volume watching videos. It was so loud it was annoying and you couldn’t talk to the person in front of you. On another occasion I ordered their hot wings that they advertise and even have a sign for in their window and I had to explain to them how to make them after they argued that they don’t sell them. Multiple occasions the order was wrong and if you call they will not answer a phone… ever. If you don’t leave and realize it’s wrong they still don’t want to correct it. I’m giving up on this location and just driving a little further to get the same food thats right with better service.

So I placed 2 mobile orders last night at 10:30. I was coming from Baltimore back home so I figured that it would be ready by the time I get there. I pull up to the drive thru and tell them I have 2 mobile orders. they say that they have to wait for ghost pepper chicken so pull around font, no problem. I pull around front. I was sitting out front for 30 minutes without getting so much as a “sorry for your wait”. The worst part is that the supervisor wasn’t helping. She came out front for 15 minutes laughing with her friend then went back inside and got on her phone. I had to pull back around to the drive thru when I found out THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED MAKING MY ORDER! I thought the service was just bad for picking up Doordash orders but nope it’s terrible regardless of what you need.
Update: This restaurant is still terrible and what’s worse is that the owner sarcastically replies to reviews instead of fixing the issues. “We’re sorry this was your experience, we hope you give us another chance” I have and it’s still terrible

this place is ridiculous. Sat in my car and waited for almost 30 minutes for them to bring me my food. They forgot to give me another soda and i asked for a 3pc tender combo, they have me a 5pc tender with fries but never gave me the biscuit. my husband’s sandwich was cold by the time we got our food. this is ridiculous. they need better customer service than what they had.

The food I received was relatively good however the incompetence of the worker destroyed my experience. After spending 7 minutes at the menu in the drive thru attempting to effectively communicate with the worker. they did not have strawberry biscuits even though online claimed to have them. Though this was not a deterrent the staff neglected to include my strawberry crème pie that I paid for. I was also not given any straws and not enough sauce for the 3 meals that I ordered for $50. the chicken tenders were delicious though.

never again, will I waste my valuable time at this location…I’d be specific but, literally, all the other reviews already say the same things.
Really I don’t even eat their food it’s my wife and kids who likes Popeyes. Unfortunately, I’ll have to say “no” next time they ask.

Chicken was good and made fresh. It took.a little bit longer than most locations, but it was hot, fresh and good. The service was ok, but it took them.a bit to acknowledge me. Might be because they were busy making fresh chicken for me. There were many great affordable options so I ordered more then I could eat but the leftovers were yummy as well. Love that chicken from popeyes!
