1st time and our Server was great. Biscuit and powder gravy was cold. I know gravy cools off fast. As a chef [I should know] it’s all about timing and using a microwave if needed. I saw a photo with real sausage gravy and I was disappointed with powdered gravy, plus it was not hot. Lots of locals, but I’ll go elsewhere next time. Locals add more value to the friendliness than the food. I just wanted a nice breakfast. Service was very good and I left a good tip.

I don’t know how I’ve missed this place for 20+ years. Down home, just like momma cooked it where the locals eat. Being from the livermush capital of the world, I’ve never known I could get a livermush sammich in myrtle beach. So good, if your on vacation and looking for a good home cooked meal. Try this one out.

Seems to be a locals place- which is what I wanted! Staff super nice and attentive. Never had to ask for a thing!! Food really good too. Atmosphere was inviting and mostly quiet.

It was a friendly little out of the way place. I liked my burger but the onion rings were too greasey for me. Price was right. Everyone was friendly. Bathroom was clean.

Very good food, would’ve like a little larger serving of sides, but that was because it was so delicious. The German Chocolate cake was moist and tasty. Service was excellent!! We’ve been going to MB for 45 years and passed by it probably twice a day and didn’t even realize it. A great local family restaurant.

It’s a small, quaint, & quiet little place with delicious breakfast & friendly people.

This is country cooking. The prices were amazing. We had dinner one night and loved it so much we went back for breakfast the next day. Fed 6 people for less than 10 each and it was a lot of food. The staff that waited on us the first day was amazing and the waitress we had the second day was great as well. Although one of the wait staff was rude and was swearing in front of staff I didn’t hold that against them bc one person didn’t ruin the great experience we had.
