I had such a positive experience at Wendy’s, and it was all because of the amazing customer service! The young lady working the drive-thru window was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You could genuinely see the smile on her face, and her attitude was so warm and upbeat. It really made my day.
I try to do one small good deed each day, and she was easily my choice to receive a $5 tip that day. ✨ Her kindness and professionalism stood out without her even trying — it just felt natural and sincere.
It’s not every day you come across service that feels that genuine, especially at a drive-thru. Because of her, the whole visit felt smooth and enjoyable. I definitely recommend stopping by this location if you want great food paired with truly great service.

Worse food ever. Asked for fresh food and just dropped fries.. It looked like 2 or 3 fresh fries were placed on a stack of old ones and sandwiches were not hot or fresh….a truly sad situation……Why? Why? Why? What does it take to get a fresh fast food meal? Never again, hmmm!

The young lady who had on a blue Wendy’s shirt that said team trainer was very rude and made disrespectful comments in ear shot. They left off sour cream and didn’t give me sour cream for my baked potato. The potato looked as if some had either tossed it around or ate off it. It was very displeasing to see and unappetizing. The team leader remade the potato and then left it on the line and walked off. Absolutely poor customer service. I felt denigrated and disrespected. I will also be leaving a review on Google.

The service is horrible. I came in to place an order. The entire store walk pass me including the managers. Someone approached the register after 30mins. While taking my order. The employee was using prophecy. I was the only customer in the store and it took me 45mins to receive my order. No one had on gloves. Everyone kept walking back and forth from behind the counter interacting with the local ppl outside.

I waited 15mins for a biggie bag. I was told to go up and it was no cars in the line. Nobody was there. They was using shredded lettuce on my burgers like it was a taco burger. I understand they in the middle of the hood but why the service has to be unprofessional.

Rude ! I have a video of the lady being rude to me just because I can’t hear good out my left ear and told her to repeat the order . That need to hire better staff and in the video she’s cursing me off . She’s short with short hair . Nasty attitude .
