We got a doordash from these clowns. We got 2 Mcchickens add mustard no mayo. These absolute troglodytes put an excessive amount of mayonnaise on it. Also replaced our coke with diet. When we proceeded to call and ask if we could get our order replaced. The manager of the store hung up on us after telling us that the ticket didnt say that. Even know the tickets are printed and stuck to the wrappers of the sandwiches. After calling a second time she then told us that they didnt do replacements for doordash. Which would have been fine if you didnt already try to insult me by lying about the stupid wrappers. Genuinely give these half a brain stem employees what they want and dont go here. Honestly just close this location down. Because if this is what you pump out daily for peak hours why even let them have a job?

By The Time I Got Home I Realized Everything Was Cold, Dry & Over Cooked. Nuggets Were Hard As A Rock. Needless To Say I Threw Everything Away, The Next Day I Explained To The Manager That I Wanted A Refund Or My Food Remade Correctly, Kayla Told Me That I Had To Dig Through My Trash And Come Back With The Actual Products In Order To Do That, Even Though I Informed Her That I Had Taken Pictures Already. Went to drive thru to get some ice cream for family. Waited 10 mins to order, only for employee to ask if I could wait a moment. Waited an additional 7 minutes before finally taking my order only to be told the machine was down. Customer service really needs to speed up. Only 2 cars in front of mine. Shouldn’t take long to try place an order.

I order from this place because it is the closest location to me. Every time I order I’m either missing an item or something was made wrong. I’ve worked fast food for over 5 years so I know sometimes we make mistakes but when I ask for something to be corrected and I’m met with attitude as if it’s an inconvenience is just ridiculous.

Been here many times when I lived in Jacksonville in 2024. I was a regular coffee ☕️ guy and they the staff became like family. They were always there, at times the store got busy but I was always satisfied once I got my coffee every time during the morning hours.

A manager named Daniela, refused to remake my order after i ordered on the mobile app and placed the it for tableside. She was rude, and condescending. I didn’t know Mc.Donalds trained managers who don’t pay for the inventory, to not remake food that was sitting on a shelf for almost 20 minutes when it was ordered tableside. She also walked passed my table twice with my order originally (me and my friend were flagging her down) but went behind the counter and didn’t call me order.

Went inside to eat, was greeted and not rushed by a gentleman at the front counter, who asked questions to make sure my order was right. Everyone seemed fairly happy, no screaming or yelling in the back, it was a quiet, peaceful Eat-In experience. A lot of improvement from what I used to see in here.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Everytime I come to this specific McDonald’s they manage to mess up my ENTIRE order. I orders a Chicken sandwich WITH EXTRA LETTUCE, they not only gave me a spicy chicken sandwich but they DIDNT GIVE ME ANY LETTUCE. I also ordered the MEAL. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE MEAL, but THEY GAVE ME ONLY MY SANDWICH AND A DRINK. I showed them my receipt and asked for my Fry, but they insisted on saying “you didn’t ask for the meal.” But my receipt says I paid for a meal…. When I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME FRY NICLEY, THEY HAD ME PAY For ny fry. Note the fries where only half way full. Anyways, I will not be back to the McDonald’s. It’s every time they forget something or they don’t give you what you paid for. Everything is too expensive now and days for everyone not to get what they paid for. (Note: we were the only people in the drive thru) VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS MCDONALDS.
