Has always been my favorite sub shop. Can’t beat that signature Jimmy John’s flavor! They are always super fast and delivery orders usually arrive before the estimated time. My last order, however, was a turkey and bacon sub, and they didn’t include the turkey. Kind of a big swing and a miss there. Hopefully that was a one time deal.

We wanted some quick food but not greasy burgers so decided to try some unwhiches. Well put together, tastey but the real delight was the person who served us. Great services, answered our questions, joked around with us, was funny extreamly personable and gave us top notch service. Honestly seemed to really enjoy her job and liked making customers happy. Too many places the staff seem irritated you ordered something, god forbid you wanna change stuff or ask questions like whats in a sauce . This lady was just fantastic and i wish i got her name but she did love fall out boys cause she even reminded me they sang the song playing cause i couldnt remember and i heard her singing as she was working so i asked lol all in all will def go back thanks to her!!!

I understand these are minimum wage workers and I should expect minimum effort, but I have repeatedly ordered a sandwich from here, nothing special, just no sauce, no flipping mayo. However about 80% of the time there is a glob of mayo in the sandwich even when the receipt says no sauce, the wrapper for the sandwich says no sauce. I really didn’t want to do this bad review but it’s gotten old an I don’t know, maybe teach your employees attention to detail and less time on the pennifer

The workers will be laughing at your sandwich while they make it because it’s so bad. They’ll hand you a sandwich that’s a mess, toppings everywhere, veggies falling out of the sandwich all soggy then get mad when I ask for it to be made the correct way. Super immature, do not go here. Worst jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. It also stinks in there.

Do NOT raise your expectations for this place! I have never been more disappointed in a sub sandwich. In my life! I wanted a large sub, so I got a “giant” sized Turkey sub…… I asked for onions and mustard, and cucumbers on half, with tomatoes on the side. What I got was a bum with hardly ANYTHING inside it! (No onions or mustard, a few cucumber slices, and a few sprinkles of lettuce!!!!
Um, of you’re charging $20 a sandwich, why are there hardly any toppings??? I had JJ in LA, and it was a great experience-big sandwich with lots of meat!
I feel like I got jipped here! I could’ve went to Subway and got a BIGGER sandwich (my way), in a combo, for LESS THAN half price!!!! Being from Canada, this sandwich costed me $28!!!! I want to contact head office about this-it is NOT ok!

I came in for a sandwich and ordered in person when I usually use the app. I made a mistake and forgot to say no onions within the first bite knew I made a mistake and asked if they could fix it. They would if I paid for another sandwich, disappointed in the service and just another reason to hit up local shops over this “no customer care” corporation.

Slowest location I have ever been to. Ordered online ahead of time. Came to location they told us they had not even started on it for us to wait out front. Cars are pulling into drive thru ordering, getting food. I was also told they would come bring my order to me only for me to have to go in there after over half hour of waiting to my sandwich’s just sitting on the counter and the employees doing nothing. Best part of this is as I was pulling away I checked and both my sandwich’s were made completely WRONG!!

This location is slower than any other jimmy John’s or any other fast food restaurant I’ve been to. Even when there are no other people in line in the drive through it takes a long time. I wouldn’t be bothered too much if the company didn’t base its advertising around being fast. Honestly only writing the review so maybe something can be done about it because I like the food but don’t always have time to wait in the line. I can imagine it keeps others away as well
