Good cold beer. They had a good selection. Had 1 IPA on tap was good. Chips and salsa was delicious. We ordered wings, some to eat there and some to go. The bar attendant was super attentive. Not a real large bar but had a cozy setting. Several TV’s to watch sports on… Restrooms were clean. Nice place to stop and have a social hour.

Our server was super sweet and attentive! Even though it was busier, the food came out very quickly. The kids menu had coloring activities and lots of tasty, kid-friendly options for entrées and sides.
The menu was recently updated, so it was nice to browse through. We went with some classic picks and the Margarita of the Month, and everything was delicious —lots of cheese pulls. The fajitas were also exceptionally loud!

I hate not tipping but my experience at Glenwood Chili’s Grill & Bar was not good tonight.
Water was dripping on floor, table and my guest
Food and drinks were less than par
They did not comp my chips (table tabby was not working)
There was constant sweeping in area of our table
Tabled wasn’t cleared, waited forever for cheque
Was told gift card was declined twice….(definitely had a balance on it).
This was the only location in the area that has been consistent up until now… ♀️

Ordered big mouth bites and received a regular burger that was burnt and cut into 1/4’s. Uber Eats delivery. Sunday night 3/1/26 order number included in picture.

Jacob was our server tonight and honestly? Best decision Chili’s has ever made. Attentive without hovering, fast without rushing, and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something like he was summoned by vibes alone.
Drinks never ran dry. Food came out hot and correct. Needs were anticipated before we even had to ask. That level of service is rare, and Jacob executed it effortlessly.
On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant not the forced “customer service nice,” but real, natural, great energy. The kind of server that elevates the entire experience and makes you want to come back just to sit in their section again.
Protect Jacob at all costs. Promote him. Clone him. Give him whatever he wants.

Just went there to try out their new Lunch special. Amazing value ($10.99 ) paired with great service.The burger i chose came out pipping hot on a soft bun. The manager on duty was attentive. The floors were clean and so were the tables. I will definitely make this a regular lunch spot.

My family and I visited this location for lunch with a friend. We ordered a variety of foods and drinks. The food came out hot and within 15 minutes. The corn for my order of wings was supposed to be Mexican sweet corn with cotija cheese but had parmesan cheese instead. It had a weird taste, so I replaced it with a regular corn. The rest of the meals were pretty good. Our server was nice but seemed to be in a rush. I would be back to try their other selections.
