I eat at this Taco Bell literally every day for lunch and pick up my mobile order in the drive thru. I don’t know what’s going on with this new staff they got about a month ago, but they have been absolutely terrible. I’ve had long black hairs in my burritos, missing entire items from my orders, meat just in the bottom of the bag because they can’t wrap and package items properly, and the new lady at the window is rude and just tosses your food at you without even saying hi. What the hell has happened to this store?

Went through the drive thru for lunch today. My fault for not paying more attention to the screen. I drove off, realized I had 2 of some kind of tacos instead of a burrito supreme. I went inside. Lady at cash register very nice. Young girl comes up to the register from the kitchen area, extremely rude! Lady at register says” it’s ok, I get you the burrito supreme, you can just keep the tacos”, young girl from the back jerks them out of her hand and tosses them into the trash and mumbled something. I was being completely nice, offered to pay if there was a difference , no reason for her to be nasty! I wouldn’t have ate them anyways, (too much food). But I would’ve handed them to one of the homeless people standing out, better than just throwing them in the trash to be nasty! I heard her make a remark too about “no lettuce”. Young lady, you need to learn how to be polite, or find a different type of job, not working with the public! Maybe you were having a bad day but for some reason I got the feeling that is just you. I see other reviews about rude employees, hmmm! Again, the lady at the register and the drive thru employee were super nice.

Order accuracy is awful. Check the receipt, your bag, and ALL items before you leave the drive thru.

Asked for no sour cream and got a metric ton of it on every single item.

Employees all hang out outside at night until a car comes to the drive- thru then they all go running inside. Super sketch and weird.

Pregnant, ordered my food after not eating all day, and they charged me TWICE!!! $30 for one meal, and they claim they never received my order. After showing my order having gone through as well as my bank statement, the manager was beyond rude and told me to dispute it with my bank in the nastiest tone. Not only is this the most foul Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at, it has the worst management and customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Whoever the manager is should genuinely not be working in customer service if he treats people who approach him with respect this way!! Mind you id understand if I came at them hostile, but I did not. I was kind and calm and was met with a rude, nasty attitude from an older man.

Sour cream was charged but not received, they refused to refund over the phone though I had my receipt and number. Can you imagine how much money Taco Bell profits just not giving customers what they paid for and then refusing to refund. Acting like you trying to rob them when your the one that actually got robbed

Tried this one more time after a couple of years of not going. Went in to order. Took forever to get our food and at least 15 cars went through the drive thru before ours was ready. We did to go and got home. Half yhe order wasnt right. No meat on one of the soft tacos. Only like 1 teaspoon of meat and bean spread so thin you had to look for it. Pathetic doesnt even describe it.

Well first i’d like to say that my tacos and my husbands were soggy and not crunchy at all !! Second im missing food that i ordered and i called to say something and i can barely hear that guy that answered and i asked if i could come in tomorrow 1-25-2024 to get what i was missing and he just ignored me and it sounded as if he laid the phone down when i kept asking if he was on the phone !! The restaurant floor was sticky and dirty , service is just horrible at this location !! Drivethru is given more attention than someone placing an order at the counter so then that person has to wait 10-20 min to order and get their food !!! I am pissed that i didn’t get my complete order and food was disgusting !!! Sad thing is management wont do anything to fix this !!!!!!! To much gabbing and not enough paying attention to an order , offensive language around customers as well . So what are you going to do to fix these issues ??? Is there a corporate number ?? Not a hard taco more like soggy !!! And for spending 30 dollars on food for this and didn’t even get all my food is ridiculous . You call this a cheese rollup ??? Seriously !!! How do u mess up a cheese rollup ??? This store needs new employees and better management because for what a customer pays and this is how you do a person !!! instead of where’s the beef i shall say where’s the cheese !!!

Ordered a freeze and got some disgusting machine excretions, with ice cubes added. If youre out get someone to mark it out so we dont order from here if your drinks are jacked up. Ordered the new purple Baja soda and it was flat and had no ice cubes?? This store needs to close and fire everyone. For real, so bad.
