I’ve always had good experiences here until tonight. If theres a misunderstanding that results in me being charged $6 extra just give me the refund and make it, not full on argue with me and repeatedly tell me how i should have ordered. The guy asked if i wanted extra beef, sour cream, and sauce, its hard to hear and i thought he just asked if beef sour cream and chipotle were okay on it. So i said “yes is your chipotle extra and how much” he told me how much and i said “ill just do extra chipotle on 2 of them”. I only wanted extra chipotle. After i pay and look at the receipt i say i didnt want all the other extras and i need a partial refund. Instead of offering me the refund, he starts by telling me that i said yes, i said its hard to hear and i misheard and he repeatedly told me that i said yes to it and that next time if i dont hear him i should ask him to repeat it instead of saying yes. I thought i heard it right and those speakers arent the best. And by that logic maybe if i only ask about one extras cost and just ask for that extra you should confirm that with me?

Anyway he just argued with me a bunch before agreeing to the refund. Clearly we BOTH had a misunderstanding like why sit there and make me feel bad for that long? Just do a refund and make it?? Its not a big deal. And i even apologized for mishearing (i shouldnt have apologized) and he just stared straight ahead and completely ignored me.

Im a positive review type of person but i have never been treated this way by a service worker. Unbelievable. Retrain your employees.

Great service and food! The grande breakfast burrito is the best value around.

I never rate things but this was so exceptionally bad that I have to. We mobile ordered and got stuck in the drive thru line for AN HOUR, even though there were only like 5 cars there. The workers were just sitting inside not making orders and we sat at the pick up window for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. We had to knock on the window multiple times and no explanation was offered. I am becoming loyal to the taco time across the street, it was that bad.

I was having a really bad night and i usually dont eat fast food but i feel like i earned it so i placed an online order for the hot cheeto burrito and the red hot loaded fries and the topping on both are perfection. They made everything very very deliciously it almost makes me think the packer likes their job even though i work fast food so i know thats probably a stretch. Anyway loved it and you guys were nice to me and quick also.

Fitting how the only Taco Bell I’ll never eat at again is in Tacoma. A) I honestly can’t trust that the food won’t be messed with based on your employees actions on Sunday night 2/1. I may have to notify the police as well because people like that are the dangerous people that definitely can’t be trusted around food.

There is no more dine in at this specific location. You can either order on the app/in person and pick up via drive thru or their walk up window. I believe they currently have all doordashers, food Uber drivers and others alike having to park and pick up their delivery orders via the walk up window. The walk up window is located where the front doors were located.

I love this location and the employees!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The employees had an attitude of not caring and oh wow, it showed in the food. Crusty and hours past decent, this food made me sick after two bites and I had to throw out my entire order.
I’ve have a lot of bad fast food but Taco Bell on 6th Ave is unquestionably the worst. I’m surprised I wasn’t sick for days after those few bites.
The evening shift OBVIOUSLY didn’t make anything fresh and sold food made before they started work for the day. I’m not exaggerating one bit. These were cloudy crusty beans and stale tortillas. They were obviously having a fun time hearing their chatter but I can only imagine if the food was that old, how dirty and bacteria ridden their kitchen was.

No joke. I’ve gotten stale food before but this was literally the worst fast food experience of my entire life.

Kitchen nightmares eat your heart out. I’m surprised I didn’t see a tail sticking out.

Just go somewhere else. 7-11 has better food than this location. A hot dog under a heat lamp for 8 hours is gourmet compared to what they give people. I doubt homeless would even go there for free food.

The food is old, the staff couldn’t care less, and it isn’t worth the risk to your health or wallet.

Putrid and disgusting.

Food is fine, the owner/manager/whoever is making them upsell at a goddammit Taco Bell needs to be spoken to. Why are your cashiers asking if I want to add sour cream to *every single item* even if I say I want the item as is? It’s obnoxious, annoying, and makes the order take longer. If I want something different, I’ll tell you, no one needs your $0.80 upcharge for shit I didn’t ask for.

I am happy to see Taco Bell streamlining the business to fit the times and the budgets of both employees and customers. I haven’t sat down to eat inside a Taco Bell since 1992, and the seating was mediocre by fast food standards, which are on the whole mediocre.

The Tostada needs to come back on the menu; not as an overpriced nostalgia munchie but as part of the franchise staples. It was a favorite of mine and the go to for my vegetarian friends and you could almost always find enough change to get one. So charge what it is worth, which is just below a bean and cheese burrito. 🙂

I know times and prices change, but charging 3.00 for spoonful of beans, a pinch of lettuce on a single fried tortilla is ridiculous.

They didn’t even put onions on it. 😉 Fix that, and you will do better Taco Bell, not everybody wants a burrito and a potato soft taco doesn’t cut the hunger as much as raise the blood sugar.

Small sign on the door that they no longer offer inside dining OR ordering. Can only go in if you’re a door-dasher or to pick up a mobile order. Thank goodness I have the app so I actually could mobile order, but this is penalizing anyone that walks here (large neighborhood all around this location) or who doesn’t have the ability to mobile order.

Will not be returning.
