I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but Wednesday night we received very bad service at this McDonald’s. We had placed an order on the McDonald’s app but wanted to add two cups of water. We were told we could ask for them at the second window. Once we got to the second window, we asked the girl at the window. She said of course, then handed us our other drinks and food. She then rudely told us there was no way she’d be able to get our waters. We were kind of surprised and asked why. She said they were very backed up and there was no way she should be able to get them and slammed the window shut. I also got food poisoning from the food. Definitely never coming here again!!

DO NOT COME HERE!! starting off we were told they closed at 11 so we had to go to the drive thru, later they told us that we couldn’t be in the drive through during these hours but they would take our order anyways. Several items are missing from our bag, they gave me barely any fries and I found a LIVE fly in my food. I also tried contacting them but they later hung up on me. Place was dirty overall. I also found a dead ant in my burger.

Never get our order right and the frappé machine is literally always “not working right now”. It’s ridiculous. I get the same order every single time and they get it wrong every single time. 2 cheeseburgers with nothing on them but cheese and mac sauce. You think that’d be the easiest freaking order…instead of having to add ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles? Nope! Gotta screw it up every single time. And you guys think you deserve a higher pay? Hilarious. My mac sauce and cheese does not need ketchup too.. it does not need one with mac sauce and cheese and one with the regular order.. this is NOT a hard order… it’s ridiculous. And I want a damn frappé. We have to go in every single time to fix the order. Last time we had to send the sandwich back TWICE because the guy didnt listen to what we said about having to fix it. Staff seemed annoyed the second time with us. Not our fault you can’t listen. By the time we got back to our vehicle, the rest of our order was cold.

Came here at 8pm 11/09/25. They had a hand written sign on the drive through speaker that it was cash only and can’t do doordashes or online orders. So after the staff was rude when I ordered not only did I have to wait over 10 minutes at the window but I thought my food would be fresh for the wait. Nope was cold and fries tasted stale. I saw 5 employees total and one male with his hair in 2 different hairstyles was outside dancing while there’s a line of cars. One of them had a playboy hat is this the new uniform?? Female with brown hair was outside smoking in her car then came back and was on her phone. Will not be coming back , this was my go to McDonald’s but not anymore.

Was in with my husband about 30 minutes ago we ordered the manager on duty threw our food on the counter and mean mugged us to tell us our food was there waiting did the same with our drinks.. then my husband calm and politely asked if we could possibly get two salsa packets and she walked off while yelling at the cashier that was waiting on a customer to “get that man salsa packets you could tell that even the cashier and the customer he was waiting on looked like what was that for and the customer even walked up to me to talk about it if you cant be respectful and polite and treat not only customers but fellow employees with respect I can say for sure if this would have been me working with her all day acting like that I’d quit I will return to this location again but if she is working I’ll just go somewhere else this was not acceptable.

Food is terrible. Had not been there in about a year because at that time the food was bad. Got a burger and fries. The patties we hard dry and old.
If you would not eat it yourself why would you serve it. What ever the job is take pride in it.
The McDonald’s by the airport is the best. They care about what they serve their customers. I live on The N.E. side of town but I know for now on if I ever want McDonald’s again I will drive to the airport…

I love McDonald’s quarter pounders and french fries. Unfortunately this time the fris were luke warm, bun was stale, and the hamburger patties were dry. It was eleven thirty in the morning so not sure what the problem was.

While I cannot speak on other people’s experiences, I have had zero issues with this location. I come here often on my lunch break so I’ve gotten quite a few meals from here.

In fact, I want to post this on here to share my praises of their crew. The staff is polite and courteous. The drive-thru moves efficiently during the busy lunch rush.

I am a picky eater so my orders can usually be complicated. Yet every time I’ve been here my food is hot, delicious, and correctly made.

I placed an online order to try one of the Grinch meals, specifically the dill pickle fries. Upon arriving at the second window, we were not greeted and were rudely handed our food. When we got home, the fries were not cooked through, and my Big Mac was poorly made. To top it off, I received no dill pickle seasoning.

We called the restaurant, but they told us there was nothing they could do. They could have at least informed us at the window that the fries were sold out, so we wouldn’t have been surprised when we got home and they tried to argue with us.

This experience has made me stop coming to this location due to the rude treatment. I should have known better, but I was eager to try the fries, especially since it was snowing and the roads were too bad to drive to a location further out of my way for better customer service and better food.
