I had some of the best wine I have ever had from their house blend. So incredible! The sweater weather drink was so complex, tasty, and comforting! Even the aftertaste was delicious. After my first sip, I immediately thought, I’ll need to get more! We ordered half and half the Elmo and Sonja pizzas as well as the cheese and meat board. The pizza was so amazing! I especially loved the Elmo. The salamis were so interesting and every element on the board was perfect. The toasted bread was spread with a delightful sauce, the pickled veggies were sharp and contrasted so well with the cheeses and meats. Highly recommend!
The next visit we had the Ribeye for Two, Pasta Fazool, Quesabirria Tacos, Beet Salad, Burgers, and Carrot Cake. We also had Roy Rogers to drink with our food. The came with the most amazing candied cherries! The Beet salad was one of the best things I had. The flavor combinations with the cheeses, nuts, fruits, and dressing had us all going for seconds! The steak was so impressive and was cooked to perfection. It came with potato wedges that were mouth wateringly good. Best potato wedges I have ever had by far. My whole family was fighting over the steak. The burgers were amazing, we didn’t have time to grab a photo of them before chowing down! My Pasta Fazool was so comforting and tasty. It was such a beautiful dish! The Quesabirria tacos were amazing and the salsa and consumes were the absolute best. We all shared the carrot cake and each element was amazing.
The restaurant is also beautiful and filled with interesting art and amazing decor. We were all looking around and sharing the interesting things we noticed! All the staff were so nice, helpful, and friendly!
After finishing our food, we stopped by the bodega next door. We bought a can of those amazing candied cherries, some biscotti, and their daily fresh made focaccia breads. Can’t wait to sample those! Definitely make time to stop by and try!
As a Sicilian, I was very pleased eating here. The food was amazing (some of the best arancini I’ve ever had), the flavor was exceptional, service was prompt and considerate, and the atmosphere was very laidback. Taste reminded me of my Nonna’s kitchen. Can’t wait to go back, and I don’t revisit restaurants often.
I ate almost everything before remembering to take a pic mi dispiace amici. I guess I’ll have to go back for you guys.
The pizza was also very tasty. Nice charred yet chewy crust and loads of toppings. The Serrano peppers brought the heat and the honey added some nice sweetness.
Service was friendly and efficient. They were very quick to correct an ingredient error. This is definitely a pizza place to try!
