I decided to stop here having never been here before. Not a fan of fast food places as I’ve stopped at the Golden Arches a few times and got tired of paying stone cold food. This place is by far better. Food was fast and hot! Too hot to eat right away. I got the gyros and the Greek is as expected and roast beef was as well. Both were not lacking on size and taste. I’m glad I stopped and will again.

Did drive thru. NO Arby’s sauce with my Regular Roast Beef or the Beef and Chedder. No offer at the drive through window for condiments. COME ON! Didn’t realize that I had to request the sauce for both sandwiches…at best, window shoukd have at least asked. ♀️

Stopped here Saturday night at around 9:00 – there was another couple in the restaurant when we got there who got their food not too long after we got there. But we waited up at the counter for a good 5 minutes or more before someone even acknowledged us. The guy came and took our order – holy moly everything is so expensive $34 for my family to eat at a fast-food place! One good thing was the guy asked if we needed any sauces. I noticed my order was wrong, that he selected the wrong item. He got the manager to come up after a couple minutes, manager didn’t say one word to me, so I had no idea what I was going to be getting. We waited 20 minutes for our food (another family walked in after us and maybe two people in the drive through with 5 workers). We get our food – a fry was missing and the ranches for my kid’s chicken fingers. When notifying the same guy who took our order he replies, “Sorry I’ve been here all day and have to close”. Arby’s used to be our go to fast-food because the other fast-food in Osceola was so slow, but this tracked with the rest.

Cheese steak was delicious!!! I love their cherry turnovers and others must also. 9 times out of 10 theyre sold out. The gyros are also mouthwatering!!! We went through the drive thru which is pretty speedy. Sandy, the manager, does a great job with her staff to keep people coming back!!!

Another disappointing visit at this Arby’s location. Yet again on this visit, employees didn’t make an attempt to engage me as I stood in front of the cash register waiting to place an order for several minutes. Finally took my order when I asked someone to do so. Food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was mediocre at best. The only highlight was a young woman ensuring that all tables were cleaned before anyone sat down. She was very cordial and welcoming.

Food was good. We were hungry . Very quick service. We normally order the not so common food – jalapeno bites, mozzarella sticks and curly fries – which mostly take a long time to prepare in other arby’s but this location was pretty quick.
Staff was very friendly and asked what sauces we needed.

Wow I did stop their late but when I got there not only did they not have potato cakes but they had no roast beef but I’m pretty sure Arby’s whole theory is we’ve got the meat and they didn’t so you could get chicken or a hamburger
