Came for food and to pick up an order for another individual waited 20 mins( 4p mins before close) at a stall pushing the red button just to be ignored. Had to go to the door knock and ask personally for the order i was picking up. The shakes I picked up for uber was melted watery. Upon asking the car hopp to remake it so I could deliver it correctly and fresh said “I just made that and its fine” refusing the make a fresh shake for pick up. I will not be rwviating this sonic and further more do not recommend this location to any one that wants a fresh or well made order.

Ordered a caramel shake, got a vanilla shake with extra vanilla they charged me for vanilla and it had no caramel. There was something red on top, I asked what it was, “My husbad is allergic to strawberry,” I say. He says they don’t have any strawberry, probably a cherry they took off. I said it’s not caramel, he said they probaby messed it up and gave the wrong one.
The tater tots were barely cooked. I spent almost $15 for tater tots with cheese and a wrong milkshake that wasn’t great either. The kid was nice about it.

It is a sonic, so don’t expect much, but this location is a little worse than most. I have lived next to it for fifteen years. I am currently waiting for marinara sauce that I am sure won’t come. This is with mozzarella sticks and I took the time to add in the app.

These people actually served us grill scrapings on a bun. Horribly disgusting practice. I don’t know if the folks were trying to be cute or funny but serving inedible grill sludge is completely unacceptable. Sonic also doesn’t like to give refunds even when their employees mess things up so bad. Would not recommend this establishment.

What happens when Uber shows up and your order is wrong . I the driver back to store. I’m allergic to mayo. Who is going to compensate the driver? Why hasn’t Uber set up a plan for this. I certainly don’t want the driver opening my burgers to check them when he/she has no idea what a customer asked for. This driver seemed like he didn’t want to go take the food back and bring the correct order . Two patties bacon lettuce tomato cheese.
I hope I get my food. I told Uber I’d tip him again cash if he comes right back. It shouldn’t take long to make my burgers. I tried to call Noone answers and you I get disconnected. Hooray the Uber driver called me he’s on the way I back with my burgers. I’m going to tip him 5.00 cash

I parked up and pressed the button to order at around 2pm on a Tuesday. I pressed the button to order and the screen said, “Red button activated’ we will be with you soon.” In reality, it was not soon…., it took 15 minutes of waiting just to order and then another 10 minutes to get me a drink and a large fry. In reality, I should have just left. Absolutely horrible for a “fast food” joint. Will never be visiting this Sonic again…

Horrible plastic tasting food. Over cooked dry chicken nuggets and over cooked onion rings. The dipping sauces tasted oily and synthetic.

They rarely get orders right. Needs better organization. I notice whenever someone brings out an order, it’s never to the right person. They are always going back and forth. Maybe their POS needs an update? The manager will take care of you though. He’s very professional.

Please do not visit this sonic. I waited an hour and 20 minutes for 1 drink and 2 pretzels. No one had the courtesy to tell me how the wait was going to be knowing they only had 2 people staffed. Why have a location open if you are understaffed?
