Went on a really busy late night- they had 2 been so overwhelmed, but handled it like champs !!! The gentleman assisting us was FANTASTIC!!! They were out of nacho sauce 4 several of our items- had us wait in parking lot while more was made- the same guy brought our meal & had our large order right!!! THANK U SIR ✅Del Taco: u sure scored with these workers…treat-em right & give them a RAISE!!!

They stopped doing 24/7 and dont open tell 8am now. There were several regular elderly people who came from.6-7 as.well as a nightly regular who have all been forced to go elsewhere. Such a shame.

I’ve bee coming to this Del Taco since 1989. Tonight I ordered 4 items and asked for 15 sauces. The person who took the order and payment claimed to be a manager and told me the max # of sauces i could have is 4 per item; and that she wasn’t going to give me the 15. I eat 7 sauces with just the tostada. She w/o any care for making a sale agreed to give me a refund. She gave me cash, I paid with my card. She is aware I was going to write this review and make a complaint to her manager about her being petty and not giving me the amount of sauce I use per item.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a crunchtada with extra lettuce and extra cheese and some other items. When I got it home, this is the crunchtada I found. I guess I paid extra for very little lettuce and very little cheese. Also very little beans and sauce. This is what $20/hr and higher food prices get you. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a problem with our food. I’m done going there. They suck!

I ordered a Tostada at the drive thru and when I returned home I only received 3/4 of a Tostada. The other 1/4 of it appeared to have been eaten? It was clearly missing, so either one of the employees ate a portion of my Tostada or they knowingly dropped/screwed up the Tostada and threw it in the box and still served it to me. Ridiculous. Did they think I wouldn’t notice? I definitely DO NOT recommend going to this Del Taco. Avoid it.

it’s Del Taco. this location is as good as any of the others I’ve been to. The service is what you should expect. It’s not a luxury expensive place. but it’s good fast food.

Well I just went to this Del taco for the last time. When I asked the guy in the window for a bunch of napkins he gave me two. I feel like the service at this establishment has gone downhill. It used to be better food the service used to be better too. I just ordered a large fry they didn’t ask me if I wanted to ketchup and they didn’t give me any. I also did not receive a receipt. Honestly I really love Del tacos food but I won’t go back to this facility for at least six months. Do not buy the quesadilla taco. It’s not worth the money and they don’t really put very much cheese in the quesadilla.

I drove all the way from elkhorn restaurant to this Del Taco for fish tacos. She said they didn’t have any fish delivered to their store location. The elkhorn restaurant offered me one already made lonely taco no telling how long it had been sitting under a heat lamp & waiting for it’s potential buyer.

I just got home from grabbing two ranch crispy chicken tacos and other things, the rest of the meal was great. Ate one chicken taco, great, start to eat the second one and realize that it’s fish and not chicken.
I personally am not upset, but this is a huge mistake and one that could’ve been dangerous if I were allergic to seafood.
Do better please
